Interesting.... Alice has an album completely in the can that he'll hold back for 3 years. I can't say I've ever heard of any band really doing that sort of thing.

When I first read about it, I was really excited about the Night Shift concept, and I was hoping they were gonna use it somehow for WTMN II.
It seems not so as far as I read, and I suspect it will become one of those projects that Alice talks about for a while before they actually disappear...
I'm not a huge fan of the "revival" things, so I remain skeptical about the Nightmare follow-up. Hope I'll change my mind when it finally comes out!

I like the term "audio hallucinations" he uses in there to describe how we will hear little recurring hooks in W2MN. It sounds like he is really taking his time here with this project,and ultimately I think it will pay off.

That's the first time I've heard anyone describe their music like that. Kind of sends chills through my body. I'm excited for the new album!
