VH1 Shocking Moments Countdown

So, Si posted about this on the news page, and said he presumed it would be repeated. If you haven't checked, and are in the US with VH1, now is the time. Since it's a new show, VH1 is in its typical "repeat ad nauseum" cycle. This countdown is on in part, or whole, nearly every day right now. And, as you likely figured out, Alice's clip #17 is in the last hour of the show--Hour 5 of 5.

He doesn't appear as much as many of the other people giving commentary, but I think he shows up once or twice in every hour.
