why no Alice Cooper swag at Hot Topic or Spencers????

I was in Hot Topic and I noticed new Motley Crue, Kiss, Poison, Ozzy, Megadeth, shirts and with the iconic imagery Alice Cooper has why doesn't he get licensing deals in Hot Topic or Spencers? If Poison or Crue can Alice certainly can.

I think you're asking why Alice Cooper merchandise isn't sold in those stores, as a license in this case generally refers to the manufacture of those items. Why not direct your question at those stores and let us have their answers?

I find that it is VERY rare to see an AC shirt/poster in any store that carries rock merchandise, like Newbury Comics, Tower Records (now closed) etc. I've asked, but the typical 17yr old behind the counter just tell me that no they do not carry AC T-shirts, posters, etc., & they do not know why. I've given up, knowing I can order online, but my son wanted to buy me an AC poster for Mothers Day and was disapointed that he couldn't find one. Too bad, AC merchandise would probably sell quite well in certian areas. Then again, perhaps he doesn't need the $$? Although you would think the other bands do not need the $$ as well.

i dont know those stores (or brands whatever they are) but i generally see Alice shirts at rock shops here is Aus. probably not very ligit either but quality is alright eh

Once in a great while Hot Topic may have one. a couple of years ago they came out with a line of throwback tour tees and one was a Nightmare Returns Tour shirt w/ dates. You can actually request stuff you would like to see at the Hot Topic stores, ask for the card. I filled one out for Alice Merch in the past.

I have seen an Alice shirt at Hot Toppic. It was the very familar one of him hanging. I think....been about 4 years ago. Now my daughter can drive to HT alone...I dont have to go anymore.

At the Hot Topic where I live, they said they only carry what they think will sell well. If Alice comes near here they may get his stuff. I generally don't see too many AC shirts at stores anyway (that isn't to say that some stores don't carry any, in fact the store across from "Hot Topic" does carry some in.)
