I saw Alice duet with Roger Daltry years ago in London on 5.15. couldn't believe it! my favourite singer singing one of my all time fav songs. also saw him cover Jailhouse rock in the London Astoria wearing a glittery gold jacket if memory serves. Which song would you love to see Alice cover live?

I know it's an old topic, but I just heard this song and you know this ended up being the first place I thought of.

"Alice" by Dr. Hook.

When Alice played Nottingham last year with Joan Jett and Motorhead, afficianados will know that Motorhead pulled at the very last minute. This prompted Chuck to lead the very final encore with a rendition of 'Ace of Spades' with Alice and Calico joining in on the chorus refrain. I'm pretty sure that it was the ONLY time the band played it, making it unique and one for bootleggers' heaven! Sadly, I've not seen it surface on CD anywhere.

Now THAT'S a song I'd like to hear again.
School's out FOREVER!!"
Speaking as an ex-teacher, I can confirm that it really is!!
