Leslie Holland of local advertising and communications firm Power Creative informed us that rocker Alice Cooper, who is performing at Horseshoe Southern Indiana on Friday, was quietly shopping at Oxmoor Center last Saturday.


e made some purchases at Von Maur, then went to the Lucky Brand Jeans store, where he bought a shirt from Holland's daughter, Ellen Bryant , a University of Louisville senior.
Reports Holland: “Ellen recognized him and he 'fessed up to his ID. Alice paid with a credit card and was completely stunned that Ellen knew his music. She asked how he liked Louisville and recommended that he hang out on Bardstown Road. (I would have told him to go hang at Stevie Ray's.)”
