Two Sides To Every Story - Roxie's BACK!

Post by Si » Sun Jul 05, 2009 4:26 pm

Just two days to go until we unleash the first new Roxie 77 songs from "Two Sides To Every Story".

There will be four songs in the first batch, with more to follow each week until you have the whole album.

Each song will be available in both electric and acoustic versions. Two sides to every song.
There are every filetype you could ask for from (selected) free 128 mp3's to lossless flac, ape and more.
What's more, different songs will be available free each week so eventually you could grab the whole album free if you so wish. Personally I want it all NOW! haha

On top of that, we've put up both 'Peace, Love and Armagaddon' and the long out of print 'Dad's Porno Mag' albums as well, so you can find out what you've missed!
And it gets even better, you can listen to the whole lot streaming online it great quality! None of these 30sec clips. We KNOW you'll love it.

If you liked the last album you're gonna LOVE this one. I've obviously heard some of it (the songs released Tuesday) and it is completely utterly brilliant. 100% Roxie. Biased? Hell yes. Doesn`t make it any less true! 'Peace, Love & Armegeddon...' was the best album IMHO for years, and 'Two Sides...' looks very likely to be the best since, well, 'Peace, Love and Armageddon' haha

All will be revealed on Tuesday at the revamped Roxie77.com.

Time to wake up and Smell The Coffee. Roxie's back!

I remember "The Risk" from the happypill myspace but this arrangement is even better.
What a gorgeous song!

"Go It Alone" had me bouncing in my desk chair.
This is all so very exciting!

Wow...I really really like the accoustic version of "The Question." It's kinda jazzy/funky--in an accoustic sort of way. :)
"The Risk" is still my favorite though as we all know I'm a big sap and always go for the ballads.

Go It Alone, outstanding!
The Question (acoustic) reminds me of Neil Young's Harvest album, especially the piano intro. Very haunting. Found myself playing this one quite a bit. Some great rockin' tunes overall.

At the moment I like "Smell the coffee" the best.
This is the kind of song I want to hear on the radio in the morning and the rest of the day can't suck...

It was totally worth downloading it.
Go get it and support the Roxie!!
I got a job in atlanta in a mall playing santa

Okay, Smell The Coffee is the tune to be right now. The 'stompin' acoustic work is quite convincing, along with the trumpets once the song gets truckin' along... I'm having a hard time choosing a fave from what's on the R77 site so far, coz they're all kickin' tail.

Love the songs too! I'll be away next week but I'll download all the songs when I come home.

I love that idea of having a new song each week, and the various versions. Clever marketing but also fun for us fans!
