As a bit of trivia, I can tell you that the Tony Orlando clip is the second part of a MEDIA BLITZ that took place to promote Goes To Hell. The first part also aired on CBS-TV a few nights before, when AC was co-host of the "Rock Music Awards."

I remember these things specifically, because 13 year old Dannorama held his Radio Shack cassette recorder up to the TV speaker for both, and played the tape endlessly. I even had the pages from the TV guide cut out and saved in my GTH album for years.
I am such a geek.

Oh my goodness.
I think that Tony Orlando show performance of "I Never Cry" was the moment I fell in love with Alice Cooper. 35 years ago. I was 7.
