School's Out in November

Looks like School's Out will be released by Rhino Flashback on November 11.

Seeing these re-issues trickle out like this makes me wonder... if these are truly remastered (according to the fine print on the recent Easy Action and Goes to Hell), then does that mean the big box and remaster releases are no longer happening? Or, more dishearteningly, is it happening without the care and attention that were shown to BDB in 2001 and Nightmare in 2002?

I am hoping to see fat booklets packed with info and rare photos, out-takes, B-sides, and other goodies for each of the discs. Is that so wrong?

It could only be a remaster version simply because a bare bones School’s Out cd had already been re-released last month or so by Rhino.

No, not wrong at all.

Deluded maybe... at best wishful thinking ::((:

I have seen PFY,EA LaW and FTF in stores as re-releases. They were labled as ENCORE : The back-in-print inprint.

Yeah, strangely they 'freak' my 14 year old daughter too!
She cannot understand the 'point'.
And that always makes me smile!
An idea very much 'of its time'.

But have to agree with Danno, (deluded or not), it would be a very welcome package indeed, as would Killer and Love it to Death.

The covers (of LaW and FTF) look like this:

Since I haven't been able to find neither one of those two, does anyone know how much these re-releases differ from the old Warner Bros. CD editions (released at the beginning of the 90's)?
