was stolen prayer by chris cornell specifically written for the last temptation ?

It appears he wrote it for Ozzy but Ozzy turned it down. He then gave it to Alice.

well i go to hell, i was playing the chris cornell demo the other day and my missus said that it sounded more like an ozzy song than an alice one. mad one. thanks for the info.
