He didn't (to my knowledge), I said it! Anyone else here think this song would have suited Alice more than anyone else on this globe? Or is it just me?

It might be, but it might not have been if Alice sang it. It's very Cooperesque IMO.

Ironic that the lyric includes "I Wanna Wake The Dead."
Me = Winning

OK, you don't like it and myabe my entering 'greatest' in the topic title was 'inappropriate'. However, don't you feel that Idol is basically doing a bad Alice impression in this? The point I'm making is; Iommi should have asked Alice to sing this to give the song any chance.

I don't thing the song is that bad, OK it's got the usual and typical Black Sabbath minor key riffs, but it's not that bad!

Here is some support Gunner. I like this song a lot. The "Iommi" album is very good indeed. Tony Iommi is my all time favorite guitarist. the master off doomsday riffs. I have always wondered what a Iommi/Cooper song would sound like. What they do have in common though is that Bob Marlette produced and played bass on both "Iommi" and "Brutal Planet". If you listen to both you can clearly hear the similarity in sound and arrangements.

And to you AliceClone12, Phil Collins better than this track ? That i don`t understand !!!
It`s all in this luney tune....
