They probably want to claim it's a "serious" programme but on many episodes of The View, they discuss sex, extramarital affairs, etc. and make lots of jokes. So I don't know if their description of it as a "serious show" is that accurate. Maybe it's because The View may deal more with political stuff? I know politics is a popular topic on The View.

Yes. I should have been more clear in my post.

Thanks for the clarification, Andy. In Canada, we get the American shows but the British shows are generally unknown to us. So it's helpful to get a better understanding about the shows that Alice appears on in the UK.

"Loose Women" would be a more appropriate title for "The View"
Cooper took the stage, put on the best rock show since Gloria Estefan/Miami Sound Machine in 1987.

"The View" should be considered a daytime drama anymore.

is there anywhere we can find Coop's interview on SKY News TV (broadcasted yesterday) online (there was about 1 minute on the site), missed it and was told it was a great interview.
It was the best interview Alice gave to the TV (around 7 mins) while he was over here, he talked a bit about the album and some other interesting things.

I will try and find the time to put it on you tube today

I can't speak for this show, but "The View" is a horrid show, with clueless women save for one.

This was an interesting interview though. It was Alice sorta out of his element.
