They probably want to claim it's a "serious" programme but on many episodes of The View, they discuss sex, extramarital affairs, etc. and make lots of jokes. So I don't know if their description of it as a "serious show" is that accurate. Maybe it's because The View may deal more with political stuff? I know politics is a popular topic on The View.A_MichaelUK wrote: I thought that as well, but it was pointed out to me that "The View" is a bit more of a 'serious' programme.

Thanks for the clarification, Andy. In Canada, we get the American shows but the British shows are generally unknown to us. So it's helpful to get a better understanding about the shows that Alice appears on in the UK.A_MichaelUK wrote:> Maybe it's because The View may deal more with political stuff?
Yes. I should have been more clear in my post.

It was the best interview Alice gave to the TV (around 7 mins) while he was over here, he talked a bit about the album and some other interesting things.Gunner wrote:
is there anywhere we can find Coop's interview on SKY News TV (broadcasted yesterday) online (there was about 1 minute on the site), missed it and was told it was a great interview.
