Which food is Alice?

My brother in law says that Tom Petty is the "cheeseburger and fries" of rock music... That's to say that almost everyone loves him!
So, I got to wondering... what food would best describe Alice?
I want to say sushi. It's raw and sometimes dangerous, and not on everyone's menu.

1) He's a buffet.....everything you ever needed!!!!
really, I am kidding.
2) Alice Cooper is....PHO. ( a vietnamese soup with noodles & meat, served with basil, jalepenos, and bean sprouts---so yummy!)
which is to say, that most people don't know it exists, but if you introduce it to them....they realize it is very good.
