I used to think that PLACID ALICE would be a good name for a ballads album

I was pushing for this to be the song at my wedding, but my wife wanted George Strait instead. Hers was more important to her than mine was to me... so we went with GS.
i had you and me at my wedding, it was very cool our friends played it at the ceremony..

That and there was no proper tour for the album maybe.
That too, it would have made for a great stage show.
It sure would have.
Didn't he have plans for the GTH tour though, I remember reading he was gonna have a giant disco ball on stage as he felt that "Hell was disco".

From what I've read (and please anyone correct me if I'm off) the stage was to be a multi-leveled affair with the center being where the disco ball would be.

I wonder if Alice had plans to smash the ball at the end of the show, if he was even at this stage of show development before he scrapped plans to tour due to his health.

Apart from 'Killer Ballads - Alice Cooper', I reckon 'Soft Hearted Alice' would also be a good title; a 'throw back' to the song with the 'opposite' title from the MOL album. :8):

I still think it would be cool for Alice to do a small club tour....with no theatrics. Just an acoustic tour with the ballads sung. Alice would be dressed in a tuxedo or suit. Pure class!
