Uncut : An Audience with...

Post by Maurice » Mon Jul 14, 2008 12:44 pm

I looked, but may have missed this on the front page news items, so apologies in advance. But the fan questions which were fielded by Si, around 20 May are published along with 'Star Questions' (from John Lydon and Noel Fielding etc.), in the August edition of Uncut. The cover is as seen on the most recent news page link, with George Harrison.

A couple of familiar names amongst the 'fans', there (mine included!), although the question was not worded quite how I posed it, but it was still a bit of a 'kick' in seeing it included anyway!

I had mentioned this recently, but I had actually completely forgotten they had asked for questions all that time ago, and also didn`t notice they had used some forum members ones. Well done all!

Me too Si. In fact, my attention was drawn to it after a mate of mine bought the magazine whilst on holiday in Greece. He only just e-mailed me upon his return to the UK!

Hi Spice Rack!

Well his question to Alice was basically would he star in the said acid-goth-rock musical!

So, it looks like the second part of your question could be an affirmative too!

In his usual style, Alice's' reply was that he 'loves Little Britain and The Mighty Boosh', but he did not give an outright 'yes' to Noels' question, although he pointed out that he was sufficiently qualified to do it!

If you would like it 'verbatim' ( ;) ) I will copy it down later word for word!
