It isn't.

I'm tellin ya I did. Why would I arbitrarily choose "I Miss You" and why would it have been included in the Life and Crimes Box set if he wasn't on it?

I don't doubt that you think you read it. I just don't think that you did.

>Why would I arbitrarily choose "I Miss You"

It's not for me to explain that.

I think it was a nice acknowledgement of the original band, but even though there is no mention on Battle Axe", or the individual track credits on the box - set, or in the essay that comes with the book in the box - set, or in Neal Smith's comments about the song in the book, or the unofficial "Battle Axe" CD, or (if memory serves) in Michael Bruce's book, you still think Alice has a credit for that recording.

I seem to recall that it was included because Alice's solo career was represented, so it was decided that a song from the other ACG members which didn't include Alice should be represented as well.

I have just had this confirmed that Alice did not sing on Battle Axe at all. My apologies to the board for insisting that he did. I do know that I did read it somewhere when the record came out but apparently that was wrong information passed on.

For those keeping score...
