I very much doubt it's officially licenced. Etsy is full of unofficial stuff by almost every artists you could think of.

There are some shirts on Ebay at the moment with what look like stunning all-over designs showing various lesser known album covers (ie Dada) and graphics. Again it could be a scam (they certainly aren't licenced) but they do look really cool.

I suppose nowadays it's so easy to print these if you have the basic equipment, and almost impossible for the legit copyright owners to chase down and prosecute them all, and it's doubtful it would be worth the cost of they did. All they can do is submit a complain to the retail site to get them removed, but even that is likely a full time job for no real financial return
