I'm going to hang fire - £80 seems a bit steep. On the Good Records site there's a CD with the blu ray for around $22 and some funky coloured vinyls. So will hope for a CD/Blu-ray release in Europe and a couple of limited edition vinyls. Not that fussed about the cap and little gifts - the Detroit Stories one at £50 represented better value with a shirt included IMO.

i am curious about the road rats remake or cover or whatever you want to call it but why the absolute hell are we getting yet another cover and of the god awful magic bus!?!?! ..........maybe i can scratch it off the CD? its bizzare to include it considering hollywood vampires is supposed to be a covers band.....still, more alice is good alice?

Of a 13 track album I can deal with one or two covers, Detroit Stories had too many covers and aside from a couple of tracks it's just not a memorable album for me.- partly burnt out with the Breadcrumbs release prior.

I wonder why they didn't elect to re-do 'From The Inside' because this would fit in with the overall theme of the album:

13 tracks with one cover and a remake I can deal with. Leaves eleven new originals which is much better than Detroit Stories. Be happy they didn't redo (No More) Love At Your Convenience or recover that Ubangi Stomp.

not sure if i'm missing anything but i can't find a bluray version? they all say in the blurb " accompanying bluray/DVD but the summary of the item says "+ DVD". search just seems to be giving me the cd, cd/dvd and vinyl option

And then the box set with one of everything.

Road Rats was a very good song off a poor album. I saw it performed live and it was even better. I imagine this band will do it justice.

I like Magic Bus, but I have a hard time believing a cover of it would turn out well. Baby Please Don't Go has been covered to death. I don't care for the original version of Road Rats. Seeing these songs on the tracklist combined with the fact that I didn't care for the first single has lowered my expectations for the album quite a bit. But, who knows, Alice might surprise me. At the very least it's nice to have the Hellfest show available on BR; it's a great concert.
