The one to look for is the double DVD version (the green/snakeskin one), as it obviously has much more content. However I'm not sure if that is still available.

The double disc has more content but i seem to remember the american version of prime cuts has an extra 10-20second interview with kip winger....not sure why it was cut from other versions tho?

yes, as stated on the link I posted.
But it's very short, so 80 minutes of extras on the second disc beats it out
If nothing else the double disc has the RYF rehearsal footage! You have to have that!

Does anyone know why the kip winger/kane bits were cut from the EU release? doesnt seem to make much sense to me

I could be wrong but I think it was the other way around. The footage was ADDED to the US release rather than cut from the EU version. The EU version came first *I think*, and with teh wrong cover (it was supposed to be the flower pic of Alice on later versions).

The original DVD has MUCH better video quality compared to the 2 disc, which is cropped to 16x9 and not as sharp…and also the colors seem a bit muted. Just a lousy transfer. It also doesn’t have the Kane/Kip section. The bonus disc is nice though for the extended Behind the Music interviews and 87 rehearsal footage.

That's a very good point.
I'd forgotten that despite Sickthing pointing it out to me only recently. I'll add a note to the video page to reflect that.
