It sounds like there is also a Paranormal picture set coming out at the same time and that there will also be a box set that includes both the new releases and a picture disc of the previous Paranormal Evening release. It may be that they have leftover copies of the latter and are bundling it in with the two new releases (a bit like they did with the Treasures box set a few years back).
