the video portion seems very pro, but seems like the audio is not. although it's very listenable

I'm guessing it's some sort of in venue video screen footage combined with a soundboard audio.

Agreed. The Greek Theatre is an outdoor venue. I'm 99% sure this is the footage shown on the large video screens on the side of the stage.
