I think you're making way too much of this. For one thing, it's a rock show, so you're not necessarily going for one hundred per cent technical perfection each time and for another, while it is true that he has had one or two issues with his voice in the last few years (which is primarily down to the combination of travel and age, rather than ability), the consensus is that his singing is probably stronger and clearer than it has ever been (I don't know how many shows you've seen recently or how many soundboard recordings you've listened to but I think any fair minded individual would agree).
