Re: Bob Ezrin - Still worthy?
CONCLUSION: Bob Ezrin is WORTHY. (I did the math.) You know, there is a whole lot more to Bob Ezrin than just Alice, Floyd, and Kiss. He is a world-class producer with lots of diversity to his credit. Jayhawks, Trevor Rabin, Robin Black, etc... I contend that his worthiness is irrefutable. Thankful...

Re: Bob Ezrin - Still worthy?
It seems like Alice and Bob are still getting used to each other again. Alice's more recent output has been pure energy, and that can be tiresome after a while. In terms of light and shade, Bob is a master. He adds that element of relief, but these are still Alice Cooper records. To be certain, the...

Bob Ezrin - Still worthy?
Is Bob Ezrin still worthy? To me, the answer is a resounding "HELL YES!" His touch is entwined with the classic Alice sound. The very first notes of W2MN were worth a thousand dollars to me. I get very tired of the modern Alice sound, which is basically BASH! BASH! BASH! BASH! No subtlety - no dyna...

Re: Would Alice have appeared at Live Aid in 1985?
Wow - a 30 year old hypothetical. The answer is written in history. "Would" he have appeared? Sure, he "would" have. "Did" he? No. For some of the youngsters here, Live Aid was an extraordinary event. Numerous TV networks carried it live across the globe. Truly phenomenal. Those stages were crowded...

Oh, come on, Remarkably... Please don't feed the troll.
Back to the theme of the thread, I find it easy to believe that there are many nice songs all nice and tucked away. The man (and his friends and partners) is smart like that. Maybe not a new album, but archive stuff for later.

Re: Thoughts on the new album
Finally found the time to chime in... I can't get enough of this album! Freaking Bob Ezrin. He puts the most work into pulling great performances out of people. Love the sequencing and production. The mix is very nicely layered, and each time that I listen, I seem to pick out a new performance. Ali...

It's always great to see Alice in command of a huge crowd. Love the fang marks on his neck.

Re: I suspect a new album is already being prepared...
The HV albums has just been released. All of the focus is on this projrct and upcoming shows. I would be quite certain that the emphasis is on this project and this project only. I agree that if this album and tour is deemed a success than Alice's next release will also be with the Hollywood Vampir...

Re: Hollywood Vampires - song credits
Stopped listening to this after 1 minute, if this is how the album is going to be, then no chance of buying it, i shall attempt to listen to the other tracks on the internet, not wasting my money that way. Come on Alice, all these years of performing and you do a 'covers' album, has your inspiratio...

Re: HOLLYWOOD VAMPIRES TRACK LISTING REVEALED
'Itchycoo Park' should be on NWAC tonight (13th) assuming your local station doesn`t cut it. Just bought this song on iTunes. What a great song! I am so fulfilled by this whole thing so far. The music, the players, the production, the mix... All A+ to me. Can't wait to hear "The Last Vampire."

Re: HOLLYWOOD VAMPIRES TRACK LISTING REVEALED
I can't think of any AC music that seems influenced by the MONKEES. Isn't this supposed to be a tribute to his influences?

I agree, while not that original (the idea) I think the cover looks excellent.
Taking bets on a book style special edition sleeve.
Special editions! I am all in! Any word on who the cover artist is?
