I'm pretty sure the thing I saw advertised is gonna be the full Alice show and not the wacken compilation thing.

No, my phone was dead unfortunately.

The billboard was just a giant picture of Alice with the words 'raise the dead, live at wacken, coming soon' sounds to me like we might be getting his full set.

Excuse me if this has already been covered as I've been away a few days and I can't see it mentioned anywhere. Anyways I was at sonisphere festival and there was a big billboard poster for a new Alice cd/DVD/lp 'live at wacken' coming soon...

The first time I saw the film 'god bless America' I was not aware it was gonna have a good few Alice songs and also a brilliant rant about Alice in it. My friends say they have heard a similar rant off me many times when I've been drunk!!!!!

Yes, you really can tell the difference. I was amazed by how good these sounded. I would highly recommend them. As with all these Japanese edition CDs though watch where you buy them from and beware of fakes.

Best opener I've seen for Alice is Dio, Edinburgh playhouse 2001. Nowadays I would love to see Rival Sons and blue coupe opening for him.
