Re: Hollywood Vampires 2023
The Hollywood Vampires on Wednesday evening in Glasgow was just jaw dropping. Utterly, utterly fantastic. What a cooking band, and a great fun evening. Coop was as great as you would expect, but the secret weapon was Joe Perry who was in blistering form. You can tell when a band love each other, and...

Hey Stoopid I know its all opinion, but wow. i never thought id see someone who liked lace and whiskey more than hey stoopid (or pretty much any alice album hahaha). i like seeing other peoples lists, they vary so wildly. Re: Corrections to the Lyrics Section?
When I was 10 or 11, I bought a typewriter at a church jumble sale, and set about typing up the lyrics on the inner sleeves. I got Easy Action, LITD, and Killer done. Abandoned the project with Schools Out. I could not fathom out any of My Stars. Anyway, I am nearly 52 now, and still have those ones...

Great to see it back, and sounded great. "This ain't Russia"... Thank God. Wonder if that line was in his mind when he considered re-introducing it?

American Pie
Hi Dennis, maybe unfair to direct this only to you, but it seemed a group statement when 18 came out, that Alice Cooper hated American Pie. C'mon it's a great song. Was it a way of getting publicity? Was Don Mclean uncool? Did Alice really hate the song? Hope you can spill the beans on this curio th...

Ballad of Dwight Fry
I know there's a separate room for tour and setlist discussions, but this merits its own thread. Has he really dropped Ballad of Dwight Fry from the setlist? I love that he mixes it up, but never thought he would drop this.

Re: Gold discs
This is fascinating. I have an AC/DC Highway to Hell gold disc framed with a mounted card with all the band autographs (Brian, not Bon). I got it as a gift for my 40th Birthday, and was always wary of whether the autographs were genuine. Now, looking at the thing, and knowing the real individual tra...

Muscle of Love
Hi Dennis, playing this album again just now. It seems to be forgotten within the catalogue. It has a really cool, more relaxed vibe. It also strikes me that it sounds like a road weary band (the Rolling Stones Its only RnR from the same era springs to mind). I don't hear much of the sinister lyrici...

Pretties for you and beyond
Dennis, thanks for all your time on this site engaging with fans. It is hugely appreciated. When I first got into the ACG music in the early 80's, it seemed like a totally terrifying proposition. I remember buying an old green Warners label copy of Killer with no sleeve for 50 pence, which I played ...

Re: I Love America
One of my favourites. He could do a clipped version with just the main verses, and it might sorta work. Can't see how he would segue into the "clean" voice spoken salesman bit, plus it has the cowboys and injuns bit!

Re: Flying Tigers
Wait..there were two Flying Tigers! Made me wonder how many performing artists called Alice Cooper were out there in the late 60's. Coulda led to some hilarious booking mix up's. But I guess that was the whole point of the name anyway. Dennis, thanks again for doing this for the fans. Much appreciat...

The Schools Out album
Dennis, firstly I would like to thank you for doing this, and engaging with the fanbase in this way. It was a dream to see you all at the recent Glasgow gig. Schools Out is my favourite album. When I was 11 years old I bought an old typewriter at a jumble sale, and attempted to type out all the lyri...

It was a leftover from Paranormal according to new interviews with Cooper and Ezrin in UK Classic Rock mag, which I received my subscription copy of in the post yesterday. Pink Floyd are on the cover. Decent length Cooper feature.

Re: New album cover
Lace and Whiskey is 60% genius. As in 60% of it is 100% stellar. A couple of songs and a goofy cover let it down.
