Re: Idiots in the Crowd

There's always lots of idiots at concerts. Of varying degrees. I'm sure Alice doesn't appreciate it but he's probably not surprised by it either. He's had stuff thrown at him before, like in Cincinnati in 1970 when some idiot threw and hit Alice in the face with a cake. Or in worse cases, like in To...

Re: New GTSYA?

After waiting so many years for the official release of GTSYA and finding it so disappointing, I wonder if a decent version is in the pipe-line? some people are never satisfied ::((: the DVD was awesome man! Agreed! And to add the fact that it's the only official ACG concert that's been released, m...

Re: Alice Cooper - Rock´s finest and most underrated group!

Billion Dollar Babies from the Jagermeister Ice Cold Event is now up on .wwwalicecooper.com, where you can hear the complete track. Alice and the original band sound PHENOMENAL on this recording. I know I´m biased but I honestly think the original guys are playing as well now as ever. After all the...

This is obviously biased coming from me but, one of the best bands of all time, all the way around, musically, theatrically, visual/image. The coolest!

Anybody seen this?

Found this on Youtube, it's the same 1972 Beat Club "Public Animal #9" except without all the visual effects and a few different camrera angles. Good quality as well. Enjoy:

Re: Alice Cooper Old School Boxset

Of all the goodies in this set, I'm most looking foward to the St.Louis 1971 show. The Chicago Underground stuff as well. It's gonna be wicked!

Re: jagermeister event

Damn that's cool! Awesome photos! The ACG never looked so classy, Alice looks just like the old days circa '72. This would be good just released as a video mini show! I'd love to see it. Bright and colorful. The snake, the confetti, the vintage "Alice Cooper Show" They could make a DVD containing, t...

Here's the full 12:51 clip:

I love this early ACG stuff, way more crazier (musically, visually & theatrically) than they were later on, which I also love.

Another cool pre-LITD clip:

Re: If Alice covered this song, it would be so cool....

I agree with "Smokin' In The Boys Room". That's totally an Alice-type song. Aerosmith's "Same Old Song And Dance" and Mott The Hoople's "One Of The Boys" are also Alice-type songs!

Re: REMINDER: A.C. on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno"

I saw it, a good perfromance! The house band and the kids sounded good, Dweezil Zappa ripped it and Alice was Alice! Too bad it wasn't the ACG or his newest lineup but no complaints.

Re: Desmond Child

Just like the musicians Alice hires, so are the songwriters Alice chooses to work with, PROFESSIONALS! The collaboration with Desmond Child has been very successful for Alice, so he's not a fool to bring him in again, at least on a commercial level. That said, not a big fan of the "Trash" album. Nev...

Re: Rock Hall Induction Performance

Alice Cooper and his original bandmates are deserving members of the RnRHoF. When all else is stripped away, that sums it all up! when an artist is essentially both a group and a solo artist (as Alice CLEARLY is, and MUCH better known for the latter I might add) Really? I don't know man. Not saying...
