So, to answer your question, yes, you did miss something! ;)

@Gunner
But he's playing Sheffield, which is practically around the corner. You people really are way too spoiled. ;)

Re: UK Halloween dates announced

If you can afford it, I'd say go for it. I'm sure you wouldn't be disappointed, but picking one of the smaller shows as Penny said would probably be best. I would say I had a better M&G experience in Bristol last year than London the year before. Hmm, can I afford it? I guess so, I won't have to st...

Re: UK Halloween dates announced

My account page doesn't show anything else than the mail. It says: 1 ALI-TIK-102712 Reserved Seat Seat(s): Section BLOCK B, Row A, Seat 39 But doesn't say which venue anywhere. But customer services sent me a full list with the venues names, very cool. It tells you the date... October 27 2012... th...

^^Wow! So you've been quite busy and dedicated then. 134 shows in 9 years... that's amazing.

Re: UK Halloween dates announced

^^Wow, now an hour would definitely be worth it. I'm somewhat torn between the "No, I'm not gonna give a millionaire money to meet me" and "What the heck!? That way I'll get that done and I most likely will have an easy way to the front row." ;)

Re: UK Halloween dates announced

^^Yeah, it's kinda annoying that they never announce all dates at once. Last year it was the right decision to not go to the UK, even though at one point I almost booked a flight. It's not like I wouldn't gladly take a date in Switzerland too, it's just that this UK trip would be so much more specia...

Re: UK Halloween dates announced

^^I found out yesterday about the concerts and kinda decided against going, hoping that he would come to mainland Europe too, but discovering today that Duff and Ugly Kid Joe will support kinda sold it to me. So considering that I booked a flight now to see the Halloween show in Edinburgh here's hop...

Wow! Considering I see you at every show I go too, not surprising. Can I ask in what time frame you saw those shows?

Re: How many times have you seen the Master?

I saw him 15 times in ‘00/’02/’04/’05/’07/’08/’09/’10/’11. Front row every time, except 2 shows (I was second row there). It took me 11 years until I finally got to see him live... it was not that easy with being too young, not knowing he's on tour, having to go to other shows instead and so on. I'm...

Re: Alice in Switzerland :: change of venue!

^^Yeah! Likewise! :) Usually, except for my first show and my last one on the last tour (and Sonisphere) I always was on the left. Kinda strange, but it just happened. I will go to the right again next saturday. I like it there! :) Oh, he did throw a riding crop? Didn't even see that... only that, w...

Re: Alice in Switzerland :: change of venue!

Ah! Okay! I was wondering why your were gone so quick! Yeah, that fight for the cane was a bit ridiculous... there are some greedy, greedy people, who never can get enough! Anyway, yeah. The show was great, and after standing on the right side for two times and on the left side once this tour, I hav...

Re: W2MN .. REVIEWED

I Am Made Of You - Excellent song. I think it would be better without the autotune but it doesn't really bother me like I expected it to. Very creepy ballad with a fantastic guitar solo. The song sounds to me like it's Alice talking to God. 4/5 The Last Man On Earth - Not only one of the best songs...

Re: Alice in Switzerland :: change of venue!

Ah, I wasn't too sure before the show (a little more sure after the show), but before I'm making an ass out of myself explaining why I think I know you I rather say nothing. Cowardly, I know! And right after the show I had to hurry over to see Iron Maiden. But yeah... maybe next time.

Re: W2MN .. REVIEWED

My only "complaint" thus far is that under the bed is a bonus track. the song is so incredibly good it deserves to be on the main album. someone reviewed it a while back and nailed it perfectly. the piano and quiet vocal evokes steven/years ago before it launches into a real fist pumping chorus. ho...

Re: Alice in Switzerland :: change of venue!

Well, looks like your loss is my win! ;) The last time I had to travel to Basel... And I think I stood next to you (I'm assuming it's you in the picture)... you were in the front row to the right at Sonisphere, right?
