Re: Alice's Band Mates: An Appreciation
I understand that, but I suppose you gotta have been around when the originals were breaking all kinds of records and releasing classic after classic for a couple of years. It has a lasting effect . I saw The BSB’s band live in Connecticut about 4-5 years ago….No complaints from me. Just to see them...

Re: Alice's Band Mates: An Appreciation
Nita brings so much to the show and has brought Alice publicity for quite a while. When you attend Alice's shows next to the Coop, she usually gets the second loudest round of applause. I think what people lose perspective of is the hired gun. They work under a contract and depending on the artist ...

Re: "Road" - Reviews
I personally think the Hollywood Vampires will get more prominent than solo Alice from here on. Who knows if Steven Tyler will be able to perform again, which will lead to Joe Perry being available 12 months per year. Gotta say, that they blew me away when I saw them in Glasgow earlier this year, gr...

Re: Alice appearing on upcoming MC5 tribute album
I'm not very familiar with them, but I like tye Sensational Alex Harvey Band when I'm in the mood for glam rock You listen to the classic Slade albums as well? My first two albums were Slade Alive and Bolan Boogie. Great band. No one sounded like Noddy! Funnily enough was just watching Slade live a...

Re: "Road" - Reviews
Yes definitely heard this from several sources , it’s also been reported that Alice and Desmond Child have also written an album of songs ( so that may be 31 ) It was writren in the german classic rock magazine. Sounds definitely besser to me that 14 tracks with the OGs. I like the first 7 albums w...

Re: Tampa …Freaks Tour
Yes. I saw the setlist times posted on setlist.fm. It's more like 65 mins. I think it's rather shameful to call this a co-headliner tour and then both mainacts only play 65 mins. Bareley. And in Alice case leaving out WTMN songs and Bed of nails, making it a totally boring show. Had I known that, I...

Re: Tampa …Freaks Tour
One of the things about a tour like this one that I don't get is having such a static playlist. It isn't meant as a slam in any way, but consider you have bands like Filter and Ministry opening, and then an industrial metal performer like Rob Zombie, it would seem with that type of audience that ad...
