Re: Halloween show in Montgomery, AL

It will be a popular show. Very good time to talk to the venue about accommodations and the 50% discount. See you there.

Re: Alice Cooper Signed Guitars?

He doesn't usually sell them, or doesn't normally donate them?

Seems that there have been several on the market recently including the "Everest" guitar that sold for $4050 on EBAY.

Alice Cooper Signed Guitars?

Does anyone know if the Alice Cooper signing fender guitars on EBAY, Amazon, memorabilia dealers were initially sold by Coop like other merchandise, or typically donated to a worthy cause and then resold?

Re: Halloween show in Montgomery, AL

Glad to see Coop playing the south this fall, hopefully w/o MM. Perfect golf weather. Last time in Montgomery he had several pros from the RTR golf trail courses as guests back stage. Hopefully he will have some new orange Halloween t-shirts again. It is also in Damon's back yard so maybe he will co...

Thankfully they didn't ask her how she felt about the humiliation of having to open for M Manson, LOL!

Re: Who would you like to see warm up for Alice?

Coop and ZZTop would be a good amphitheater pairing for a summer tour. They could even alternate headlining.

Re: the Voice

"I would never listen to his songs sang by ACDC singer or a GNR cat like Axl Rose voice!!!!"
I love Coop's voice on his songs, but not on covers (see Brown Sugar). Heck, as great as Paul Roger's voice is he didn't do Queen songs any justice. Just say no to covers!!!

Re: What is to be a FAN? (reference to Madonna last "problem

Being a fan and a wise consumer are not mutually exclusive. If you have seen a band over 100 times over 40 years and have thousands of bootleg CDs and DVDs in addition to all Official releases you may be a fan by most people's standards. After the Stones canceled their Atlantic City show so Mick cou...

Re: Alice compared to Mick Jagger

Love the Stones (hence my name here), been to 100 shows since the 60s, and Mick is the prototype that many including Alice were heavily influenced by, but Coop showed him up at Churchill Downs without all the props and just focusing on a blazing musical set. The Stones created and defined the rock s...

Re: Disappointed by the show: a question

As far as tributes to dead members of The Who, on opening night of the current Quad tour The Who had a video of John and spliced in his bass solo during 5:15 and gave him props. Moonie got props also.

No reason that if Coop wanted to give props to the dead that Glen couldn't be recognized.
