This story hit the news yesterday. The guy was in the process of eating the poor girl's face when the police arrived.

Re: Blue Turk - What a Masterpiece!
>You THINK it would not, you BELIEVE it would not. Tell Alice - he thinks the same way (or did when we spoke about it). Just think about it. Imagine how it would be received if it was performed in front of a hundred thousand drunken heavy metal fanatics at a festival. Some songs work better in some...

Re: "Welcome 2 My Nightmare" Revisted......
It's a great album, but, despite what Ezrin said, it's nowhere near as scary or creepy as it's older brother. Too much humour and zaniness for that. But, it's a solid record.
I also agree with the negative comments about the album sleeve.

Re: Pass the Gun around....Wow!
Great song from a great, great album which sounds so much better on vinyl.
As for it being the best solo on an Alice record, well, surely that award goes to Steve for his solo on Steven. No?

Re: Looking for an answer......
Only two stand out for me. Bob, of course, and David Foster for the magnificent From The Inside. Alice was an admirer of the late John Barry and I'd have loved if they could have collaborated on a Bond theme (or indeed anything). I think The Man With The Golden Gun was Barry's weakest Bond effort b...

Steven.
Why? It's a great song, it's classic Horror Alice, the arrangement and production are perfect, and Hunter's solos are superb.

Re: FTI vs. TLT
Easily FTI, for me. It's always been a Top 5 album for me, and one I return to very often.
Plus, it's one of the greatest album sleeves of all time, too.

Hiya. I'm the OP. The figures are accurately sourced from Soundscan via a friend who does legal stuff in the 'industry.' This is not covert stuff, just statistics available to people who have the luxury of free subscriptions to this kind of stuff. I'm surprised that Andrew Michael didn't have access...

One of his very best, no filler. Plus, there is a story running through it if you choose to see it that way.

WTMN Ezrin 5.1 version. Anyone heard it?
Greetings. Newbie here, though I've been a fan since '72, and a long time lurker on this site. Love this place. Anyway, in the sleeve notes to the remastered WTMN it's mentioned that Bob Ezrin did a 5.1 mix at the time of the remastering. I've never been able to locate a copy and I'm curious as to h...
