Re: Overdue a biopic?

Alice prefers to throw names around of all the legends he was friends with back in the day, but never really talks frankly about the demise of the original group. Frankly , very few would care to hear Alice's version of the bands demise. Alice is an OK individual, but with all the embellishments, e...

Re: A window for a live dvd!!!

Something close to 10 million people have filed for unemployment in the past several weeks in the U.S. Money will be tight....buying DVDs, etc will move to the "not at this time" category for many.

Re: 65 Quid For an Autograph!

Years ago, when I still "idolized" people for their particular skills, I developed a little skill to bring myself (and that person) back to reality. I picture this idolized person sitting on the toilet...just like everyone else. Kind of kinky I guess...but it would make you think twice about paying ...

Re: 65 Quid For an Autograph!

How many zillions of autographs has Alice given out in his career? And still, some people are silly enough to PAY $85 for his autograph. Oh yeah, it gives you a personal connection to him....just like he is personally connected to those other zillion people he has given his autograph.

Re: 65 Quid For an Autograph!

It's quite amusing that " actor " Alice Cooper has the most expensive autograph price. The mind boggles at what the " gift " is if you decide it's a must have. Anyone care to hazard a guess what it could be? 10% off coupon for a Hollywood Vampires meet and greet? $5 off Sheps Big Island Buffet?* *P...

Certainly don't fear a reunion, just don't think I need it. I'm an OG fan and an Alice fan too. Does that put me outside the "family"? I don't think so.
LOL. You are an "Alice" fan first and foremost. You will want and desire an OG reunion if and when "Alice" tells you that you want one. :(

Re: Christmas Pudding 2019

Not the finest hour of the original group, but entertaining nonetheless. I thought the version of I'm Eighteen was the highlight. Good to hear School's Out being played full through without the Pink Floyd interjection. Well done to Alice for finally clearing up the chicken story. Glad he felt able ...

Re: OGs on the next Alice album

Nobody said he took a pay cut. I'm guessing he probably makes more from his other business interests than he does from Alice Cooper! Also why would he need to open up his books? Oh, I didn't mean he/they need to legally open "the books"...but it might make interesting reading. And as far as ...

Re: OGs on the next Alice album

I'm sure She P makes more from his cookery stuff than he does from Alice these days. Until Shep/Alice open the books on Alive....I will assume that Mr. Gordon takes a VERY large chunk of what ever Alice Cooper makes. Mr. Gordon took a big gamble on down and out rockstar in the 80s and did the work ...

Re: OGs on the next Alice album

I think the word feature gives it away. I think the only way a full album with the remaining will happen is if Alice knows it will be the last album he records and wants to come full circle. IF Alice ever decides to do a final album, it may INCLUDE his OG, but it won't be exclusive to them. He does...

Re: RARHOF Alice Cooper Fan Day - Live From The Astroturf / Cold Cold Coffin

Where is Bob? He was pushing this project quite a bit. Be interested to see what he thought of the song and video. It is a video right? The Cold, Cold Coffin video is great. If you can watch it on a large screen, it is really something. "Old-timey" but modern. The song fits well. To be honest...I'v...

Re: Lot of Originals

I doubt Breadcrumbs took more than a few days to record. I could see Alice recording a full band album if it is his farewell album. It would make sense to come full circle. A brilliant and humorous man, who use to post here under the cognomen of AMUK, once said, and I quote, "Alice never looks back...

Re: Lot of Originals

Much as I love the idea I can't see Alice doing a a full album with the guy's I can't see it. Breadcrumbs was the perfect time to work with the guy's, an album based on early Detroit rock. If it didn't happen then it's not going to happen, barring the odd song and guest appearance. I doubt Breadcrum...

Lot of Originals

There will be lots of news about the Original Alice Cooper band members in the last few months of this year. We've already had the B$B reunion in Danbury, CT. Dennis will be in London (with Alice?) for the showing of the movie ''Live from the Astroturf'' and ''Cold, Cold Coffin''. Dennis and Michael...

Teleprompter? He's 71. Not a big deal.
I wouldn't start worrying until he shows up on stage and they realize he forgot his pants. :)

Has anyone ever seen a Shetland Sheepdog 'work'? They are able to not only gather the sheep together but keep them moving forward toward home or their goal. I am often reminded of that when watching the antics of fandom. :bam:
