It seems, however, that other classic rockers do enjoy a good deal of success. Rolling Stones, KISS, Aerosmith, Bob Dylan and the like. I don't know about the Stones and Dylan's sales figures, but I wouldn't really compare those two to Alice. They're in a very elite league. I do know, however, that...

Without a doubt. The music and the show has always been there. It's just a case of having the right label backing you (see the revival brought about by the Epic Years). If SPV really do have an aggresive marketing team ready to put the effort in, the pay off should be successful. I definitely see A...

They did finish recording it. It is now spreading like wildfire across torrent networks. Nope... if you look closely not one person has been able to download it. It's certainly fake... and someone posted within the last week that Kerri was still putting guitar on the final song which while he may h...

I find that hard to believe considering they haven't even completely finished recording.

Leaks happen from advance copies... and if they're still recording, those don't yet exist.

It's hard to dispute that "The Strange Case of Alice Cooper" is painful to watch.

Given the current trends in mastering music (loudness and compression), just because it's "remastered" doesn't mean it will be better.

No, idea... but I saw Alice there in 2006 and it was general admission.

Not bad at all. I too wouldn't mind seeing Alice taking it in a heavier direction this next time.

I'm checking out the entire Avantasia disc... not familiar with it but I like stuff along these lines.

Jorn Lande is pretty good too.

I've seen so many forum arguments arise over politics that I'm loath to discuss this any further in public. The really sad part, is that this would never have been discussed at all if AC would just refrain from frequently publically remarking on his political stance. Dude you brought it up. But any...

Have I ever gone to a AC show? Yes, in answer to your ??? query, I've seen AC live 9 times from '89 to '05. But I have never seen a Dubya impersonator - just my luck!! But I bet he still wasn't holding an oil can or the official figures on US soldiers killed in yet another pointless conflict. But y...

Hmmm. Well don't expect to see a George W. Bush impersonator anytime soon despite the horrendously large amount of Dubya masks readily available. At least I still like AC's music... [/color] ??? Have you ever gone to an Alice Cooper show? He's had a George W. Bush mask onstage both election years.
