Re: Hollywood Vampires 2023

There was a lot of clickbaits and a lot of speculations after that. That is true. But I think it's not fair to the 10.000 fans to tell, that was only an eventful tour with a lot of clickbaits. If they wanted people to know the reason, they'd have said. Anything else is just speculation. Given that ...

Re: Hollywood Vampires 2023

Just because a group is almost always associated with the lead singer doesn't give said singer the green light to screw his friends. That's between him and his friends, not a fan who still wishes it were 1973. You and I weren't there. We have no idea how that all really went down. Nor is it our bus...

Re: Hollywood Vampires 2023

Your continued use of "Vince" to try to denigrate Alice is becoming obnoxious. Grow up. Even Dennis calls him Alice, unless he's talking about his friend in the old days.

Re: Best Alice Cooper album closer

The last few seconds of "Grand Finale" repeat the theme from "Gutter Cats vs The Jets," which takes lyrics and music directly from West Side Story (which is why Bernstein and Sondheim---who wrote the music and lyrics for West Side Story ---are listed in the song credits). Some of you should get out ...

Re: I'm Alice

Back in those days, the only widespread leak that could happen would be some magazine picking up on it and running it. But they usually played the game, and even if they didn't, the two- or three-month lead time meant that by the time their "scoop" saw print, it wouldn't matter anyway. Now, a single...

Re: I'm Alice

The topic was "I'm Alice" and you were looking for reviews...sorry I didn't adjust to my clone status and gush about how great it was... No one expects anyone to gush about it. But all you had to say was, "I don't like it." The rest is your tired, boring drivel that you've posted many times before....

Very cool!

For those in the U.S., the Drew Struzan documentary can be watched for free (with ads) on Vudu.

Re: Alice Cooper Setlist/New Tour Comment

But you get a 4 1/2 minute drum solo, a Nita solo and the Black Widow jam that goes for 6 1/2 minutes. 6 1/2 minutes during which Alice gets to catch a breath, change clothes, get a drink, sit down for a minute, etc, as well as showcase the band doing what they do so well. I don't know why he still...

Re: School's Out (Expanded And Remastered Edition) 2CD set

KILLER is coming, too. From the Alice website: KILLER (DELUXE EDITION) introduces a newly remastered version of the original release, which peaked at #21 on the Billboard albums chart. Along with the singles “Under My Wheels” and “Be My Lover,” the record also includes “Yeah, Yeah, Yeah,” “Desperado...

Re: Brutal Planet live remastered video

I'm pretty certain this is just upscaled to 1080p, which is not "remastered to Full HD." I really doubt the show was filmed in HD, since that wasn't really a thing in 2000. I'd love to be proven wrong, but this video does not have the clarity "Full HD" would have. It looks like non-HD video upscaled...

Re: New album and stage show

From what I remember, they only used the new Cyclops on The Gruesome Twosome Tour in Fall 2010, which was brief.

It was, of course, replaced by the FrankenAlice in the No More Mr Nice Guy Tour in 2011, so yeah, that's been in the show for almost 12 years.

I'm still bugged about "Money For Nothing" by Dire Straits.
They've started editing it in the US now.
That happened many years ago. The entire second verse was edited out of versions that get airplay.
