Re: Alice solo tracks that are now classics in your opinion

I never heard a version of Poison, by the Man himself that is, that I didn't like. But I am of the hair metal generation and a new fan. I loved the studio version and love all the versions I have been able to find. It's not my favourite song of AC, but then again, there are so freaking many great tu...

Re: Alice solo tracks that are now classics in your opinion

I think Poison is a classic like few other songs of the era. It might not be the favorite piece of his among the hard core fans of AC, by a long shot. But it's one of the biggest songs of a whole decade and an era of rock. Instantly recognizable and universally known even now. By people over 30 at l...

Re: Newsclip of Orianthi incl. comments by AC

Glen tweeted a youtube link of his drumming session in studio for Orianthi's new single. I assume that Glen the Session Man is very expensive, and rightfully so, so maybe she got a band mate discount. ;) Either way, he is so good at what he does. Too bad there isn't more footage of him there. http:/...

Re: Newsclip of Orianthi incl. comments by AC

I won't clutter the page with a new topic. There's a new interview of her. It's about her own single and record, but there is some interesting stuff about Alice Cooper tour as well. I guess the most relevant thing is when she is asked if she will be doing solo gigs as well as Coop she says: Definite...

Question: When and where to expect more dates?

I am sorry because I fear this may be an utterly ignorant question, but I have looked and I fail. When is it reasonable to expect more dates of The Tour to be announced. I live in godforsaken back end of Europe, and I will need to make quite a bit of arrangements if I am going to see any shows. So, ...

Re: Newsclip of Orianthi incl. comments by AC

I think it was fairly new actually, and they did say she was signed for 2013. What I really liked though and the reason why I linked the clip here, was that the work with Alice Cooper, instead of almost working with Michael Jackson and playing with Vai and Santana bla bla.., is finally being recogni...
