Re: YouTube views and Spotify Streams

That was me who streamed Dyslexia 101,481 times. The other guy was trying to talk to his Alexa and got it by accident. You'd need a straight jacket listening to that rubbish that many times hahaha. Possibly my worst alice cooper song ever. i can honestly say alexa has never played anything off zipp...

Re: YouTube views and Spotify Streams

I will admit I never realized that Poison had/has the staying power it has along with the Trash album as a whole. Without a doubt it's Alice's most successful song. i remember about 6 odd years ago at a club night in Nottingham and all the different people were up and down, the goths would rock up ...

Re: YouTube views and Spotify Streams

freedom and only my heart talking are quite unusual, i wouldn't have thought they would make a top streamed list.

Re: Alice's Band Mates: An Appreciation

i do love the original band and i would go and see them should they do a tour or split tour (whatever the situation is) but i remember them at wembley from a few years ago and it wasnt good. MB was very sloppy and static, dennis was entertaining and neal was great as ever but the energy certainly di...

Re: Alice's Band Mates: An Appreciation

I'm pretty sure we all know and can agree that dick wagner was a absolute boss. His solo on pass the gun around is one of my all time fave solos. But i would like to give love to a song of an album i definitely hate, and most people seem to dislike it. "king of the silver screen" - so first of all, ...

Re: Alice's Band Mates: An Appreciation

btw Bob seemed all for the 'road' idea when he joined the Roxie "band meeting" chat along with Alice to announced it back in February 2021. If he had been against the idea it likely wouldn't have happened. I dont remember it like that, i seem to remember bob played it down and sort of said "wait an...

Re: Alice's Band Mates: An Appreciation

Well, whether that is true or not, you obviously don't know either, as and I am so bold once again, I'm assuming, you're not there when the decisions are being made. And from what I've been told, he doesn't seem to have a strong opinion on setlists and does let management tell him what to do in tha...

Re: Alice's Band Mates: An Appreciation

Oh, well. Chuck told me that they don't choose the songs. And just because Alice says something, doesn't absolutely make it true. To say that the others couldn't pull it off, is a bit ridiculous. Its not ridiculous at all, certain players are good at certain things. All three guitarists are talente...

Re: Alice's Band Mates: An Appreciation

I sometimes think, had they pushed What Baby Wants when W2MN was released, whether they could've done it live and had Orianthi do Kesha's vocals. That would have been a good shout definitely. I never will understand how they didn't push that song, it would have blown up - even my daughters liked it...

Re: Alice Cooper Setlist/New Tour Comment

Its an interesting setlist but very disappointed its only one new song. it sounds good on that bootleg so surprised they didn't play more to give it a try. Nice snakebite and lost in America stayed in.

Re: "Road" - Reviews

The question is could the HV survive if they don't bring Nita on board?
I know its dripping with sarcasm but i dont get the nita hate being banded around.

Re: "Road" - Reviews

Honestly to me (and I'm sure I'll get flamed for this) I'll be so happy to see Nita gone. In my opinion she's nothing but the standard shredder & a poser. I'm so tired of her staring into the crowd and flipping her hair all over. Sickening to watch. If she wasn't a good looking lady she wouldn't be...

Re: "Road" - Reviews

When you are doing slow/emotional/bluesy numbers etc of course you need a bit more pacing , more room to breathe. But when you are rocking, you need to bring the energy. I 100% prefer kane to nita, roses on white lace is still one of my all time fave solos. But i dont want to take away from the tale...

Re: "Road" - Reviews

Both are light-years ahead of Nita in abilities and in versatility. Wow. this is just nonsense. I get you dont like nitas primary form of guitaring "shredding" but nita has just elevated the standard on stage. From a skill basis and from a performance basis. I have been at a ryan solo gig and he tr...

Re: If You Could Interview Alice...

why he ditched horror for comedy.
He was born again (or whatever the term is) when he did TLT and that is an absolute beast and his for the most part a very dark horrific album. It cant be religion why he ditched it. Id be interested to know.

Re: "Road" - Reviews

The promotion of road has been pretty poor all around from what i can see. Not even a video to go along with the "single". Not to mention releasing the "wrong" song as a first taste. If they had come out the gate strong with welcome to the show and a great video it would have gained allot of tractio...

I thought go man go at hellfest is brilliant, absolutely rips in my opinion.
I need to hear some of the new songs live and the more concert films we get the better.

Re: Hypothetical Question-Would You Be Okay With Another Heavy Alice Album

i know Neal has moved on sonically (tho the album i brought was horrible so not sure if i should be positive about the style change or not) but Dennis and Michael are much more in line with 70s rock just done slightly more modern. I am excited for a band "reunion" but like some previous posts i woul...
