It looks like the vinyl does indeed have a different track list. The two ACG tracks are listed as part of the main album on side 4. Not sure if anyone has seen or posted this.

Re: More tracks to hear...
Just gave it a listen. First impression: intro reminded me immediately of House of the Rising Sun. Agree that it sounded very disjointed and all over the place. Thought it was an odd choice for an opening track. Second impression: I like the song a lot. It's different, unpredictable; a pleasant surp...

Re: More tracks to hear...
Paranormal is on Spotify US. Hmm. Well I guess since it's now a single and not a sample there's no harm in listening to it.

Re: For all the American friends of the site
In Boston, WZLX is a classic rock station that syndicates the radio show, so that's how most people know him. WZLX also plays on occasion Eighteen, Under My Wheels, School's Out. No surprises ever. I worked with somebody once who was a bit of a music snob (he was a film sound recorder and engineer) ...

Re: More tracks to hear...
I usually listen to the samples, but this time I vow to be good, so I asked my wife to listen to the samples with headphones and give me her feedback in real time. She loves Alice, but she's a harsh critic when it comes to his modern stuff. She called it leagues ahead of W2MN (her least favorite) - ...

Re: More tracks to hear...
Only listened Genuine American Girl since it's not on the album proper. I liked to doowoppy sound, but I felt that the song was missing something musically. Reminded me a bit of Dirty Diamonds ala Perfect / Jesse Jane.

Re: Paranormal Personality - the first single
Upon repeated listening, I stick to my initial reaction. Sterile sounding that screams studio musicians and sounds nothing like Killer era rock which Alice alluded to. Why they went this way when he has a high energy touring band at his disposal is baffling to me. Hopefully the other songs don't fo...

Re: Original Band to play mini-set on Mainland UK shows
So stoked for the UK fans. Here's hoping that this mini-set makes its way to the US next year. I think I saw someone theorize here that the Two-Headed Alice on the Paranormal cover was to suggest the tale of two Alices - band Alice and solo Alice. The UK tour seems to suggest a similar sentiment. Si...

Re: Dennis Dunaway Book
Seems to be the man who made alice was dennis. I cant believe the details he shares here. And the most shocking is they are still friends. He wasnt invited to meet Dali then pushed out of Alices life. He really disses on alice. Seems like alice just got really full of himself. Maybe thats why he pl...

Re: New album update
I like the running time. Short and sweet. That approach certainly would have helped ACAS.
Paranoiac Personality has been in my head for 2 days. It leaves you wanting more. It's such a perfect little song.

Re: Paranormal Personality - the first single
You know what? I'll take it. I like the notion of a harder sounding record as opposed to the lameness of the Hollywood Vampires, the constant covers, guest celebs onstage and on record, just mostly...the garbage from 2012 up to today. It's unfortunate the haters are going to hate, but keep in mind ...

Re: New album update
The choice of touring band vs. ACG live tracks is a misstep in my opinion. It can't be secret to Alice & team that fans would have preferred a set of ACG live tracks, but there were probably a lot of reason$ that was not to be. However, live versions of these particular tracks, regardless of the per...

Re: New album update
I agree about Enough's Enough and I hear a little bit of Go To Hell as well. For my ears, this is classic a Alice Cooper song. The production, the drums, the guitar work, the intro. Instantly his best "single" in 20+ years.

Re: New album update
"It is 2 songs written and played with the original AC band, and one co- written with them on CD1. Thanks for getting in touch" If the ACG recorded 6 or so songs for this project and 3 are on the main album, and the mini album contains 2-3 studio tracks, then I don't see any reason to complain. This...

Re: New Alice Album in 2 or 3 months
I'm pretty excited about the prospect of Alice doing "something different." The song clip from the "RETSAF" promo has a great sound. Interesting aside, Bob Ezrin produced Phish's last two albums. The first, Fuego was built to be an iconic Phish album (kind of like W2MN). It hits all of the checkboxe...

Re: Along Came A Spider "Fan edit"
Maybe if you edited in some snippets of the spoken word stuff from the promo videos it might make it more interesting. It just looks like you have resequenced the album and dropped and added songs. This version removes 3 of the (arguably worst) songs, which account for 25% of the original running t...

Along Came A Spider "Fan edit"
I don't think it would be presumptuous to say that we love Alice Cooper. It might also be a safe assumption to say that for all of us, Alice Cooper is our favorite. When your favorite artist has 26 albums, you can't help but have favorites, but for me, there is great pleasure in going back to a less...

Re: Deep Purple, Alice Cooper, Edgar Winter North American T
Thanks for the alert! Just bought my tickets for the Xfinity Mansfield show.
I've seen Alice (including Hollywood Vampires) 6 times since 2008, so the shortened setlist doesn't bother me much, especially since he's sharing the stage with Deep Purple, who I'm stoked to see!

Re: Anyone excited about the new "Billion Dollar Babies" alb
I'm not sure what crack I was smoking yesterday when I read that headline, but I thought it was referring to the original band, not the current touring band.
Now I'm crying in my beer.
