Re: Planet Rock - Full album

It's up to you Si just posting something I thought would be of interest. I listen to this show/broadcast quite regularly and I've come across some cracking albums that I've never heard of before or wouldn't made the effort otherwise.

Planet Rock - Full album

Should have posted this sooner, but life get in the way sometimes. Monday night Planet Rock are playing one of Alice's albums and you get a chance to influence this by voting. It's not a secret ballot and for me it was a choice between Killer & From the Inside. Killer got the vote. Here's the link h...

Re: 30th anniversary of DaDa today

I consider this the one and only avant-garde album by the great man. Having been a fan of Captain Beefheart for many years and who has produced some greats of similar ilk, DADA holds its own with any of these.

Re: Alice Cooper album sales, USA

[quote="Devon"]Couple of observations...

Old School Box Set sales, if accurate, is VERY impressive all things considered.

Couldn't afford this at the time of release, hope it could happen again, although I would doubt it would be - wasn't it a limited edition?

Re: Blind Speculation

I think it is time to compile a list of songs that we think could be used on the "Covers" Lp. Keeping in mind that it should have some historical and personal interest to those in the Cooper Camp. My submission is... The Hot City Symphony by The Sensational Alex Harvey Band Featuring The Man In The...

Re: Big Apple Dreamin'

I love Muscle of Love, wrote a short review on Amazon some time back, much underrated IMO. I remember when I had saved my paper-round money back then to buy this and asked my mother (I have told this storey before) to get it for me, when I was reprimanded and told by her that it was Music of Love an...
