Fortunately, on this website everything is archived. Your delusions, diatribes and falsehoods are here for all to see. Have a nice day!
Wow! Mr. B.
I can't speak (won't) for Bob as he has already posted.
Thanks for sharing!

Re: Kimmel live

I found 3 songs from Kimmel "Live" on YouTube. "Heroes" - good & what a large stage! Lot's of freedom to roam. "I Want My Now" - good also but, could get better as the audience gets the album & has greater participation. "Rise" - is OK, posted from an audience shot & yes they use the Fart gag w/gre...

Re: SLICK BLACK LIMOUSINE

I was never a big fan of slick black. I remember when I first found out Glen didn't play the solo on my stars from schools out, I was gutted as I always adored that track and indeed the lead guitar work. But when I knew that, it did kind of make sense and then the whole B$B ghost playing was made c...

Re: I LOVE AMERICA. THE LAST WARNER BROTHERS 45!

I heard he got $1.25 from sales of Da Da. I hate to have to correct you on this but your figure is wrong. The total they ALL got for the sales of DaDa was $1.25. Seen it as Prakash only played on one song I think his take was $0.02USD. It's possible that at the sessions he was given free pizza and ...

Re: SCHOOLS OUT TOTP QUESTION

I think he continues to tour just to piss you off. It's part of the plan to continue to push GB out the door. And who do we see in the Official AC Twitter photo for Fathers Day? GB with AC & the rest of the boys w/baby! The ACG's BDB's album is one of the best & most complex sleeves in my collectio...

Re: I LOVE AMERICA. THE LAST WARNER BROTHERS 45!

The one question I wish Wagner spoke about in the book or that incredible podcast episode was the inclusion of Prakash John on "Fresh Blood". I believe Prakash is Canadian and lives in Toronto (or it's suburbs) but somewhere I think Prakash stated that he doesn't remember playing at those sessions....

Re: Rise - First reviews

There was only one Bon Scott. I never liked Brian Johnson singing the song either. I agree Mr. B! I saw Bon Scott when AC/DC opened for Kiss in '77. Their "Highway To Hell" Tour. They turned it up as high as Kiss would allow & almost stole the show. Brian Johnson hit all of the marks for "Ba...

Re: List some youtube videos of Alice Cooper that should be officially released on dvd

Did you ever see the infomercial of Alice selling a Multi Disc CD Changer?

I found an image for the Fisher 24 CD changer w/ Alice & Mom. I do recall that it was a short infomercial.
I couldn't find the vid online but it my be in my pile of old VHS tapes. :bam:

Re: Best engineered album?

Mr Bluelegs that is the best explanation I have read! Thanks. Glad it helped. I like your explanation myself. I've been there setting up the mikes, especially on the drums etc. But, w/o the input of the Band, the engineer has very little direction except from his ears. I would hope that this ...

Re: Best engineered album?

Can someone explain me in understandable language what is the difference between : Producer - engineer - mastering/mixer etc. I thought Ezrin did it all. Further to the early reply you could think of it like a film or tv program. The producer is the director, the engineer the camera man and the mus...

Re: Rise - First reviews

There is not a soul on Earth who can cover "Heroes" and even come close to Bowie. It's one of those songs that the original can never be topped. Maybe Depp will try and cover "Hey Jude" or "Gimme Shelter" next. You're right Mr. B. - Johnny D. does the song well & it does fall into his vocal "wheelh...

Doesn't Engineering fall into the lap of Mastering also? *spider*
It could be engineered well but, if Mastering isn't masterful won't it still sound poor? :vomit:

Re: UK Ticket Sales

Just checked the O2 London site and there seems to be quite a lot of unsold seats, even in A1 and A3, I have bought A2 row C seat 37! With all the fees the ticket was £65.25. so it might be worth checking out if you still need tickets! Unfortunately now that you've unearthed the Promoters nefarious...

I forgot to mention Alice was originally on Straight Records. Re: FOR BRITAIN ONLY

I vomited on myself when I first heard "Trash". The album has saved countless lives here in the USA as it is used by doctors to induce vomiting. Lol awww I’ve got a soft spot for Trash, it was my introduction to all things Alice. It does sound like a “paint by numbers” hair metal album though. From...

Re: COULD BOND HAVE SAVED ALICE COOPER?

I wonder if the LBGTQ will lead a protest to have Martin Luther Queen removed from The Strange Case concert video. Also, could Alice be accused on "identity appropriation" as he has a woman's name, made his name in the early days dressing in women's clothes when he actually is a heterosexual male. ...

Re: The AOR 45's v The Black Out 45's

I blame the era. That period was loaded with sap and schmaltz. I'm sure in the case of Alice, Kiss and nearly every other act out there they were bending to the demands of the record company. Styx, Kansas, Nightranger, BOC & others. Who here will admit to NOT changing the station when one of their ...
