I'm sure he would love to see far more people jumping around at gigs but even Alice knows that you need to be young to have a young audience. How many acts in their 70s don't have an audience where 80%+ have grown up with them and are therefore considerably more subdued at gigs and set in their view...

My Aberdeen tickets came through about three weeks ago, earlier than expected so avoided the panic period of the last week or so before the gig.

I'll be in Aberdeen and unless tied to the seat by security I'll be standing..no doubt.

My sister-in-law lives about 30k beyond Penrith. Two of her sons and some mates saw Alice at Penrith Panthers years ago and would have gone to see him any day before Queen. They have their Queen tickets though so that's 6 empty Alice seats.
