Re: Kane Roberts

I'm a huge fan of Kane Roberts and especially the RYFAY album. I wish Alice would go back to that sound for at least one album/tour.

I'm looking forward to the Alice/Manson song on the next album. I've wanted them to do something together for many years.

Re: HOLLYWOOD VAMPIRES TRACK LISTING REVEALED

The version of I Got A Line is wayyy better. It's played as a hard rock song and not metalled out like the last one. Brian Johnson ruins School's Out which is not that good to begin with. Dead Drunk Friends has parts I like and parts I don't. Need to losten a few times before I can give an opinion....

Re: HOLLYWOOD VAMPIRES TRACK LISTING REVEALED

There's a couple of uninspiring ones on here namely the Schools Out/Brick in the Wall track which works great live but I'm not sure we needed a studio version of it. I remember Alice saying that they have been recording some shows to select the best cut for the album, perhaps this is one of them. I...

They are both Nilsson songs.
That's true, but it's kind of funny that Metallica have a songs called One and also Jump In The Fire!

Re: King Diamond & Merciful Fate : your opinion ?

I love Mercyful Fate/King Diamond. I finally had a chance to see him live this past October and will be seeing him once again this summer on the Mayhen Festival in Toronto. What an absolutely amazing live show too!

I don't think Raise Your Fist And Yell is "hair metal" either and sounds nothing like Trash!!

Re: One tour you could revisit......

Out of all the ones I've seen I would have to say The Gruesome Twosome tour with Rob Zombie.

And for the ones I haven't seen, The RYFAY (Live In The Flesh) tour.

I'm happy he picked "Dangerous Tonight" Such an under rated song. I wish he would play it live in the future.

Re: ALICE Says Covers Album Features A 'Jaw-Dropping' Lineup

Also, Howard went out of his way to rave about how great Alice is for the second time in the past couple of weeks. Sounds to me like Howard would really like to have Alice on when he's doing the rounds promoting the covers disc next year. That would be a huge coupe for Alice if he can get on the sh...

Re: "Welcome 2 My Nightmare" Revisted......

I really enjoyed it at 1st. Especially the 1st time listening to it and especially because of the references to the original. I still like the album but I think there was far too much humor and thought they should have went more in the direction of "Under My Bed" which even though it was a bonus tra...
