Sister Sara is my favorite track on that album and I also love The Sentinel. Every Woman has a Name is also my favorite Alice Ballad !

Loved the album at the time though I'm much more likely to listen to BP these days

Nita mentioned yesterday that she had Freedom stuck in her head - could it be an inclusion on this years tour ?

Re: Spend Your Night With Alice Cooper Tour!

DJ did play with Guns N' Roses until recently so it's not entirely wrong. Yes I realise this - I too have been a fan for a long while But DJ left GnR over 12 months ago , GnR are currently touring with Slash and Duff again ( as Alice would well know). Just seems very odd that Alice would say "from ...

Re: Spend Your Night With Alice Cooper Tour!

Sixx AM are fast becoming my favorite band so was great to see both Nikki and DJ jump with Alice in Denmark .

I know DJ was estactic to get the chance to join Alice .

Out of curiosity how did Alice introduce DJ ? Im sure I heard him say "from Guns n Roses" which would be a little odd .

Re: Is The Casual Fan Ruining Alice Cooper?

Agreed , the casual fans are what keeps Alice touring but geeze like the others I'm getting tired of virtually the same setlist show after show . I have no problems with the Bowie cover and hell Id be happy if he threw in a few lines from a Prince song too , but this whole set is just getting repeti...

Back on topic - I had a listen to this CD today as a result of this thread , it is actually well worth a listen , there are some very interesting interpretation of Alice's music in here , some are actually quite good , Renee Dunnaways Killer is awesome , love the segueing from Killer to Mary Anne . ...

I remember a quote from Alice , dont ask me the source I've forgotten , where Alice said words to the effect of " we exchange xmas cards and if we are in the same city we catch up" I also recall another photo with Alice and Bowie seated at a table in presumably a restaurant and both are turning arou...

Re: Was Trash A Fluke?

I think the video clip for Poison had a hell of a lot to do with the success of the album , it was in high rotation and high demand . It kept the album in the spotlight for quite awhile . For the record I think Bed of Nails and HOF are two of Alice's worst ever songs . I loved the snarl of the title...

Re: ACG LIVE on Periscope

I am not too excited. The players manage but that's about it. Compared to the current touring band they sound sloppy and amateurish. I don't have the history of following the original band so obviously I have no sentimental feelings. I do understand that they wrote many of the songs. But Nita 10/10...

Why ? It's the best publicity and exposure that Alice has had for 25 years , in that regard I love it , and yes I would love a live DVD too .
