Re: Meet and Greet: what is okay to ask for ?

I found Alice to be extremely generous when it came to signing things, if he got a hint that you wanted something done, but were hesitant to ask, then he offered anyway. Having said that, I would ask him to sign 3 things max, especially if there are several other fans there. I think that's a good ha...

Agreed, Alice should never compromise his show.

I wonder if there's anyone out there who thinks Daphne and Celeste wrote Schools Out?

Re: Alice Cooper Old School Boxset

So, some of you are still convinced that there is one simple answer in that discussion? ::((: My view is that they chose to cover it briefly so it's a shame it couldn't have been done in the presence of the whole band. I understand why it couldn't however, they ran out of time and were doing the hi...

Re: Alice Cooper Old School Boxset

Yup, the plaque would no doubt have been a costly option. I can't say with any confidence where The LP was when I unpacked it, it may well have been in the top deck in hindsight. I'll listen to the CD again, thanks for that. It really is a great set, no doubt it has some surprises even for the band!

Re: Alice Cooper Old School Boxset

Hi all, after waiting patiently for what seemed like years, I received my Old School Box Set (number 863) last week. Here’s my review which I hope you find useful (it’s aimed more at those that are not lucky enough to have one): The Packaging It’s hard not to admire the desk case, which is inspired ...

Re: Alice Show Cycles

Yup, I guess the UK is a good country logistically, lots of big cities with minimal travelling time suits a Haloween tour as there's a small shelf life.

Re: Alice Show Cycles

I'm sure Alice can still pull good crowds in the US, having said that I was surprised that he again chose the UK for the Halloween shows (not that I'm complaining of course). Maybe he is genuinly bigger here? The co-headline tours really work for me so have no problem with 2 or 3 bands going in toge...

Re: Alice Cooper Old School Boxset

Yup, I believe the Golden Ticket is a meet and great experience (not sure if this includes anything over the normal ones you can buy though). Sadly, there is no tour of the chocolate factory :(

So then, who runs this place?

Sorry if this information already exists on here but I can't seem to find anything about this? Who are the people that run this site? I'm astounded at how up-to-date the news is, not to mention everything else. It really is a great credit to all involved as it must be a very time consuming exercise....

Re: What Song Should Alice Play Live

Where do I start:

Wind Up Toy
Is Anyone Home
It Rained All Night
Stolen Prayer
Anything from RYFAY
Life and Death of the Party
Something really random like No Time for Tears
Poison (kidding)

That will do nicely :)

Re: Pre-Order W2MN Fan Pack - UK

Based on the above comments, please dismiss my earlier thought on whether this works on iTunes or the iPhone / iPod Touch. I got this confused with some other iTunes albums (like Keepin Haloween Alive) where you get extra content and can view it on your PC. Sorry for any confusion guys, look forward...

Re: Pre-Order W2MN Fan Pack - UK

This may be a blonde question (and I'm sorry if I missed a post on this already but I couldn't see one), but do you have to have an IPad to get hold of the IPad version of the pack, or is it possible to obtain it just using your PC? If you can only get it through an actual IPad I think I'll be miss...

Re: Poison (live)

The original version was very polished so it will always be difficult to capture that in a live show.

The Trashes the World version was the best for me, haven't liked it in any of the recent tours.

Re: 1985 : Alice Cooper and Twisted Sister together

I'm actually quite a fan of TS and it was good to see them tour the UK with Alice in 2005. As far as I'm aware, they never play that song live and it came from a low point in both their and Alices' careers.

It's a bit of a duff song and was never right for Alice in my opinion.
