Re: VIP got VERY expensive?
Hopefully Blue Coupe comes over to the UK this year and I can catch him then. He seems like a nice guy as well. I'm hoping Dennis will come back to the UK too. Crazy to think that last time round you could meet him and Cindy, pose for photos and get a copy of his book dedicated to you for about £15...

Re: VIP got VERY expensive?
I've resigned myself to the fact that I'll never meet Alice in person. Would have been nice. Missed out on meeting Dennis for his book signing a couple of years ago. Hopefully Blue Coupe comes over to the UK this year and I can catch him then. He seems like a nice guy as well.

Alice drops album news on Planet Rock
He said on Nights With... tonight that a new Vampires album is on its way, and called "Rise", featuring "all new material. And he's "working on" a new Alice Cooper album.

Alice and Dali on Sky Arts comedy
Have people seen this? Noel Fielding as Alice, and actually looks quite good: https://www.comedy.co.uk/tv/urban_myths ... ce_cooper/

Re: Dennis Dunaway
His brother-in-law. The whole romance with Cindy is great to read. Alice just goes "Oh, and I met Sheryl and I married her" in Golf Monster.

Re: Dennis Dunaway Book
On "A Fistful of Alice" Alice says he wrote "Desperado" for Jim Morrison, but Dennis wrote it. Except that Alice and Michael Bruce has the writing credit for it on the actual album. Wasn't Dennis's lyrics the "Tornado Warning" version that is on the "Old School" box-set? Yes, but Dennis writes: "My...

Re: Dennis Dunaway Book
Finished Dennis' book and reading Golf Monster currently. I much prefer the former. Alice "misremembers" a lot of stuff, like whether or not the overturned van was an old one or as Alice states a brand new yellow one paid for by his dad. Also the chicken story gets repeated even though Dennis debunk...

Re: Dennis Dunaway
Dennis is probably the first person I'd choose to meet from the original group. Anyone who's been described as having "come from a spore" must be cool. Unfortunately I fly to Berlin on Friday or I would have been at the book signing.

Re: Original Band to play mini-set on Mainland UK shows
Absolutely flabbergasted. Had to read it several times, and then just sat here thinking "Wow..." And I'm going to take my kids as well, first time they see Alice and they get the full band. I literally couldn't be more excited about anything.

Re: Alice's Facebook Page
It's interesting that I actually found out about the UK tour from an ad while at the airport, and literally booked my tickets from my seat on the plane. Funnily enough, the one place that didn't mention was the clickbait Alice Cooper page...

Re: Tour 2017!
Got some side seats for me and the kids at Wembley. They'll be 10 and 8 and love Alice Cooper so I'm really excited to be taking them. If their evil cow of a mother lets me... I was just happening to check Facebook while waiting for a flight and saw an ad from AXS about it. Pure fluke. Actually book...

Re: Why did the Vampires never play in the UK?
Seemed they had enough attention in the media, even before the Johnny Depp debacle. Too bad, would have been fun to see, and would have been my first AC gig with my kids.

Why did the Vampires never play in the UK?
I'm sort of a returning Sickthing-reader, so not sure if this has been covered before, but with Alice always seeming to be a bit of a UK-phile, how come the Hollywood Vampires never played in the UK? Hopefully he'll be here in 2017 as my kids really want to see him as well.

Re: Raise the Dead Show logo t-shirt
Yes, that one. :) Thanks. Found it on a couple of places this morning, it seems to have a couple of different names. To be honest, seeing it properly it doesn't look as great, would have been cooler in a sort of black and white motorcycle style version. The yellow web just clashes... So I got the Bi...

Raise the Dead Show logo t-shirt
I got the Raise the Dead DVDs the other day, and I really like the back print Alice wears on the back of the red and black tuxedo, and also the one on his leather vest with the Detroit "D" on it. Were either ever put on a t-shirt? I think they would look really good on a shirt as I can't really find...

Definitely the best song on the album, and the best Alice Cooper song since... oh, the Seventies? It would have fit on Love it to Death, School's Out or Welcome to My Nightmare. Especially LitD, Black Juju fading into this, brilliant. I also get a strong Stones vibe from it, mostly from "Love is St...
