Non album songs
Hi Dennis, off the top, just want to say thank you for all the great music! Also, great book! My questions concern stuff you guys played live that didn't make it on to albums. Nobody Likes Me & the Alice Cooperized version of Don't Blow Your Mind , were these recorded and/or considered for in...

After two weeks of listening to the album, I'm really liking it. Lots of variety, no skipping tracks, no complaints! Really dig the OG songs.

Re: Grand Finale credits
I always found it a disappointing way to end the album. Although it's a challenge to rearrange the track listing to make it any different. Plus you'd need another song. Since No More Mr Nice Guy was apparently available for this album but not used, it would be tempting to slot that in after My Star...

Re: Grand Finale credits
Good detective work Jason! Thanks pitkin! I missed putting this in my first post: the credits! Elmer Bernstein wrote the music and Mack David wrote the lyrics. Even though it's an instrumental version, the lyricist gets credited as well. "Grande Finale" is it's own example of this: From 2:18 to 3:3...

Re: Grand Finale credits
Hey Babysquid, there's a 1962 film called "Walk On The Wild Side". I remember Bob Ezrin referencing along the lines of "..... we threw in a little Walk on the Wild Side...", and I knew he wasn't talking about Lou Reed! This is what he was talking about: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7j9X7ON7RcM Yo...

But who was behind the curtain? Haha! The Wizard, of course. "Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain"! :nono:  Who knows who was behind the curtain.... maybe it was Shep! After all, he's the one who threw the chicken onstage, as we finally found out a million years later. Mabye this w...

Re: The Alice Cooper Show! 1972 Tour - Live At The Hollywood Bow
Alice Cooper live circa 1972 = Alice Cooper at their best! I have this show (or most of it) on audio via a pretty listenable bootleg. They were really on that night. Come to think of it, a show from the Killer tour would be great as well..... heck, a full show from all the old tours! Wishful ...

Re: Dennis Dunaway's Book
An authorized biography done with the band's assistance....or an historical work based upon material already available to anyone? As a person with a degree in American history, I can tell you that a study of any historical topic can give you far ranging views and conclusions. There is no such anima...

Re: Love It To Death - 40th Anniversary
I hope that Audio Fidelity gets permission to do remasters of Billion Dollar Babies as well as Muscle Of Love on 24 karat Gold CDs. Steve Hoffman´s remasters are excellent and it would be nice to complete the ACG collection. You are forgeting the first two albums though I doubt there's much that ca...

Re: Dennis Dunaway's Book
I would love to read Dennis Dunaway's book! If Neal Smith was to write one, I'd love to read that as well. Any band members account is welcome! Unfortunately, we'll never hear Glen Buxton's side of things. In some ways, he to me is one of the most interesting members of the band. That's probably due...

Re: on this day in 75

This is a bit odd, found this on amazon. One poster listed the all the contents of the 4 CD's and also listed a DISC 5(DVD?!) with the tracklisting of: 1. Is It My Body (Killer Live St.Louis) 2. Dead Babies (Killer Live St.Louis) 3. Killer (Killer Live St.Louis) 4. Long Way To Go (Killer Live St.Lou...
