TBH that's the standard email i & others have had each time ac.com have been emailed about tickets. I don't see how if they haven't recieved them in their office ( why not? ) that we will have them posted out to us (considering how long they may take to arrive + postal strikes & also the gigs start ...

There are alot of people waiting on these tickets from ac.com. I feel this has been handled pretty badly by them considering most people purchased & paid for these tickets 5+ months ago.

Most UK box offices are open all day on show days so maybe tickets will be available an hour or so before the doors open??? Would seem really stupid to leave handing them out til 7pm
