Re: Alice Songs That Went Over Well Live but Are Rarely Played

‘The world needs guts’ got a great response and really picked up the energy. ‘It’s hot tonight’ was a great opener, especially complimented with the theatrical bit to kick off the show. It was clever, simple and effective. I think you can get away with a lesser know song to start off the show as the...

Re: Alice UK presale 10am tomorrow

It's such a shame, with so many different companies with skin in the game, it's impossible to know where to go. Do they all have a different set of seats they can sell? if so, which ones have the best seats? or do purchases feed into the same system that it doesn't quite matter where you purchase ti...

Re: Alice UK presale 10am tomorrow

That would be it, thanks Si. I think their presale is finished but I’m ready to see what’s available tomorrow.

Re: Alice UK presale 10am tomorrow

I can’t see a way to purchase tickets through the eventim site, all I see is a notice to say tickets go on sale tomorrow.
Am I missing something?

Re: Alice UK presale 10am tomorrow

Speaking of miserable experiences, the ticketmaster presale is now on, with a continuous loading wheel for 60 mins..

Now it’s gone but no way to proceed…

Re: Alice UK presale 10am tomorrow

Is there a trend that one presale, historically, has the better seats available … axs (that ac.com) links to or ticketmaster.
Or is there no real difference.

Re: UK Dates 2024

I can't remember ever a time when, being at a seated gig, people remained seated. I've seen footage elsewhere where this has happened though.

Re: UK Dates 2024

Thanks lordcatfish. Prices me out but maybe a notch down may be worth considering. I’ve also noted this isn’t a co-headliner, I think we get the best chance of max coop this way. What I DON’T appreciate are the usual, blatant tricks they pull out the bag. Less than 24 hrs to consider laying down a s...

Re: UK Dates 2024

Great news, I’ve been hoping for some dates to look forward to. Does anyone remember how much the front row / 2-5 row meet’n’greet tix went for last time round? Looking at the ticket options, they are all seated gigs. Quite unfortunate but there is some sort of luxury of not having to stand in a que...

Generative AI

Hi Dennis,

I'm interested to know, what are your thoughts on generative AI and how it's use (and potential future use) in music. Is it something that takes your interest, or something ultimately damaging to music? .. or something else entirely.

Thanks for any thoughts you can share!

Re: ALICE COOPER Relaunches Radio Show, Now Called 'Alice's Attic'

It was a shame to see the show dropped so this is very welcome news, he makes a good radio DJ.
Keeping my eyes peeled for UK radio stations this up.

I'm interested in the 'oral history' of the album, I think this is the original content of this release?

Re: UK Tickets

Thank you Rob, I managed to upgrade my tickets from 20th row to 4th. I'm bringing some family who'd never seen Alice before so this will be a real treat.
Ticketfactory site gave the best options I could find.

Re: 2022 hopes and dreams

My hope is that Alice reaches the UK this year with the tour - everything I've booked for 2022 is done with a half expectation of it to be cancelled / postponed... it would be a real treat to see the show again.
A new 'road' album at some point this year would be the cherry on the cake.

Bob Ezrin

I wonder, what's it been like working with Bob Ezrin recently vs. back in the days of the original band.
How has it changed over the years / what has remained the same?

Thank you for taking the time answering these questions!

Re: Touring band to feature on next album!

I love how the day after the release of a record, details of a completely new one is announced. Whilst Ezrin was quick to mention how the project can change, I'm sure they want as much freedom to experiment, collaborate and work out the details without the weight of expectations of fans on their sho...

Re: Detroit Stories first song "Rock 'N' Roll" to be available Fri 11-13-20

I didn't know the song, but upon hearing the original, it seems totally up his street. I can imagine this being done very well by him.
