I wonder, what's it been like working with Bob Ezrin recently vs. back in the days of the original band.
How has it changed over the years / what has remained the same?
Thank you for taking the time answering these questions!

Re: Touring band to feature on next album!
I love how the day after the release of a record, details of a completely new one is announced. Whilst Ezrin was quick to mention how the project can change, I'm sure they want as much freedom to experiment, collaborate and work out the details without the weight of expectations of fans on their sho...

I didn't know the song, but upon hearing the original, it seems totally up his street. I can imagine this being done very well by him.

Re: New album cover
If the dimensions are anything to go by, the box set isn't big enough to hold a vinyl.
It would be cool to see the Olympia show, even if it doesn't really have anything to do with 'Detroit Stories'.

DVD edition seems to be including the Paris Olympia show that was filmed (and brought out on audio).

Re: New album cover
The graffiti is a great idea. Not sold on the image as it is now, but I like the direction they are going for. It's those eyes being plastered on that undoes what the rest of it builds up. I hope this is a work in progress - and if so, great to see the direction they are considering. Could this be t...

Didn't an alternative cover of Dirty Diamonds appear on Amazon pre-release? Something with an orange background.

Re: Johnny Depp verdict
I was wondering this too.
I suppose there is some advantage of them not on tour for some time, perhaps that time will tell how his reputation & relationships with public will go. I can't imagine Alice turning a cold shoulder to him.

Re: Vampires Who's Laughing Now?
It was certainly well calculated and executed, I remember Alice saying in Prime Cuts something like ever comma and full stop was planned out on the album to make it a success, but I get the sense that this attitude is used to dismiss the whole era as a sell out and nothing but him doing anything to ...

OK, perhaps more Depp like than Alice like, lyrics wise.
Eager to hear some more now... some interesting song titles - 'How The Glass Fell' .. 'The Wrong Bandage'. I have no idea what these could be like from the title alone!

Re: Vampires Who's Laughing Now?
It's a great song and would put money on it being Alice's lyrics here (don't ask me how much) but It has that playful quality in the rhyming, something I don't reckon Depp or Perry would do. Depp's input too is great, I like how he's established a place for his voice and doesn't seem to strain it to...

Re: vintage tv
For whatever reason it seems Alice interpreted the question as being about slowing down / weakening the character, rather than expanding and experimentation - which, I reckon, he's eager for and is done mostly in his studio albums. There's quite a lot of styles that are different than what we could ...

They look most like 360 cameras to me. The spherical shape.
How that would work to a DVD release I'm not sure, but whatever it is, it seems to somewhat special.

Dublin tickets - 8th Nov x2
I have 2 tickets here for the first Dublin concert - Nov 8th. Unfortunately can't do both of the gigs on the trot.
Selling them at face value, £120 for them both.
Anyone interested? Please send a PM / reply here.

Are we sure Birmingham is seated? The arena layout looks like it isn't, and the tickets it continually offers is Block B, Row Z, 3 + 4 on the floor ....
----edit---
forget it. deffinetly seated. offered row R...no seating plan on there though
