Think I’m getting old and cynical ....bet it’s just the curtain drop....and I hope I’m wrong

Same - I would be thrilled if the curtain drop has been removed. I have high hopes for this tour and am more excited about it than I’ve been for a Cooper tour in some time!

Re: Vampires UK dates with the Darkness and the Damned

I've never objected to paid meet & greets - fill your boots, as far as I'm concerned - but I intensely dislike the trend of it being attached to tickets in the front row/s. If people wish to pay eye-watering prices for the chance to meet some of the band that's entirely their prerogative but I do s...

Re: Vampires UK dates with the Darkness and the Damned

I managed to get centre front block (block B), 10th row for Brum; nothing worth having for Manchester. I'll be trying again in tomorrow's general sale and keeping an eye out in the weeks leading up to the show because I fully expect better seats to "drop" nearer the time (once the profit has been ma...

Re: Vampires UK dates with the Darkness and the Damned

Well, can't wait to be subjected to the same ticket sale sh1tshow as we had last time. It's AXS again so fully expect the hyped, DO NOT MISS OUT presale to be offering seats 15-30 rows back on a flat floor. Deep joy. *brick*

I would imagine that the paid VIPs will get first dibs on that area, if it's in operation for for the show.

Re: Tour 2017!

When it looked like it was seated yesterday I said to you, no, wait and see, his has happened before. It's probably just placeholder images etc. Stunned that it's all seated, and now this fiasco. Where have all the tickets gone? Wembley has NOTHING AT ALL?? Apparent 02 and SEE presales didn`t have ...

Re: Tour 2017!

Utter debacle. I'm not forking out best part of £60 (which is what it comes to after 'convenience fees' - HA!) for a seat 24 rows back on a flat floor; I'm not that tall and I won't see anything. Will check pre-sales tomorrow in the hope of something better. This is what I'm being offered: Leeds: b...

Wembley.... Anyone...?

Never thought I'd see the day when I failed to secure tickets... But I'm looking for a standing ticket for the Wembley gig in November.

That's it, really. Turns out I'm in London on the day so would be rude not to...

Anyone...?

Re: Tommy Tommy Tommy

Tommy hopes to coincide the official release with a video for the track "Give 'M Hell" but there's been a delay on the video for various reasons. As ever, hopes to hit soon! It's great that the feedback on the album is so good!

Re: The Alice Cooper Show.....

Didn't he do this album out of an obligation to the record company? I can't remember the specifics but I do recall Alice saying he was utterly exhausted for this show but he had to do it. Yes, part of his contract with WB stipulated that he had to give them a live album. I believe Alice re-tells th...

Re: No More Mr Nice Guy heard briefly in latest Family Guy

It's nice when his music makes it into pop culture areas and the second time I know of Family Guy using NMMNG. A relatively lengthy segment of the song was featured in the episode "Jungle Love", back in 2005.

At the moment, the Theatre of Death, but the one recorded in Manchester, UK. The audience is really into it, IMO more so than the other UK stops on that tour.

Re: Yesterday's pudding

I presume you mean the Christmas Pudding show (the "Proof" series is a battle-of-the-bands style show to find a soloist and a group to take the opening slots). Anyhow, yes I was there along with forum member NotSoPerfect and some other usual suspects. Second half was when the "rock" part of the show...

That's a great set of pictures - thank you for sharing. I especially love the one where Tommy is stood right in front of Alice!

(not that on my first glance through the picture set I was looking solely for pictures of the Tominator...  )
