Re: Post songs you want ALICE to play live that he never doe
FROM THE INSIDE (orginal album version, not the live version which doesnt sound as heavy as Alice changed the versions of all the songs from this album when playing them live since 79 making them sound a little more uptempo and pop than metal and he needs to change them all back. If somethings not b...

>LONG WAY TO GO (whens the last time he played this, decades ago) In 2009 actually (and before that, in 2007 as well). That was not released on an official live dvd or live cd and that song certainly needs to be played live more often instead of the same usual. However the song was played more than...

Re: Post songs you want ALICE to play live that he never doe
I notice Alice Cooper always plays most of the same songs live over and over again. Post a list of songs you want Alice too play live that he never or rarely or played many years ago. Heres my list which I prefer him to play the original full length versions without speeding them up in order to fit...

Re: Alice compared to Mick Jagger
what does Mick have going for him compared to Alice imo...Mick is a wilder/more fluent mover/dancer..they are different...just like Floyd/Zep are different..its the difference between Mick/Alice that interests me...and the similarities...Mick was the major rebel before Alice and Mick admits to a de...

Re: Welcome 2 My Nightmare NO WHERE NEAR as dark and cool as
edit- I remember I was 8 or 9 and my young uncle was the coolest of cool and loved Love it to death and Killer and was hoping Alice would continue in the Love it death/Killer type vein and was looking forward to what kind of nasty coolest of cool rock-metal Love it to death-Killer-esque 3rd* album A...

Re: More questions: Live tracks on b-sides and compilations
Another question--I'm trying to establish what live tracks are included on which compilations CD's. Tracklistings for thes comps on the AC discographies I'd encountered seem tend to indicate that a track is "live" and leave it at that. For example, this website states that the comp "Classicks" cont...

Re: Donny Osmond - Something to remember me by
imagine Donny Osmond on the front cover of the next Cooper album, hahaha.
I wonder if Donny throws on the Killer album when his wife and kids are out the door.

Re: Welcome 2 My Nightmare NO WHERE NEAR as dark and cool as
why does it have to be as dark as the original? the nightmare should be as HE sees a nightmare, not as the fans wish. It makes me laugh that people think there should be a set of rules as to how this record goes...if it was just like the original,he would be blasted for merely remaking the original....

should be because it deserves a part 2. and the title is fitting- Love it to(2) death, Welcome to(2) my nightmare, haha.Diane D. wrote:What makes you think that there will be a Love it 2 death?

Re: The Alice Cooper album of the Day: KILLER
Trying to better LOVE IT TO DEATH would be tough for any group, but the Cooper gang did it-and did they ever! Quite simply, KILLER is a masterpiece and easily Alice Cooper's best album. The band had played themselves into a group to contend with, especially Neal's drumming. EVERY song on here is gr...

Re: Welcome 2 My Nightmare NO WHERE NEAR as dark and cool as
It's true that most of the album isn't as dark as the first Nightmare. However, I still find W2MN to be one of the best albums he's ever done. I'm still listening to it several times a week over a year after it was released. I love every single song, but it's true that it's nowhere near as dark as ...

Welcome 2 My Nightmare NO WHERE NEAR as dark and cool as pt1
Im really surprised Alice titled this album Welcome 2 my nightmare,WHY?, its NOTHING like the more very cool, creepy and sinister masterpiece from 1975. At least he should of made some effort to make this album sound like part 2 and i'm not talking about playing some of the same melodies at times, im...
