Re: Touring band to feature on next album!

Alice said: "Write the songs now but rehearse them during soundcheck on the road and, at some point on the road, record the whole album live in one of the venues that we're doing" which is quite ambiguous! Later he said: "I want to hear what an album's going to sound like with this band clicking on ...

And Blu-Ray is also 4.1 (it doesn't use the centre speaker).

Touring band to feature on next album!

During tonight's 'Band Meeting' on YouTube, Alice has just revealed that the plan for the next album is to have the current touring band playing on the next album: "The whole idea is to show off how tight the band really is so if we write the songs, rehearse them on the road, record it on the road a...

Re: New song and video "Don't give up" coming!

For the benefit of anyone who hasn't ordered/received the 7" vinyl which was released today, despite them all "playing" in the video, Tommy is the only band member that actually plays on the track, according to the personnel list on the back: :smack: Alice Cooper: Vocals Tommy Henriksen: Guitars, Pr...

I like it. Just adds to the question of “why has Ezrin, Shep, and Alice brought in studio musicians for the last two albums?” This band should be recording with him.
My thoughts exactly!

The page for the event has now been deleted from Ticketmaster. As Tommy said, Andre Rieu was already playing that night and it would have been a strange co-headline event!

Re: A window for a live dvd!!!

I know this may already be mentioned but was the 2017 reunion tour professionally filmed? Si has already replied about Wembley which I was told was filmed with some kind of 'virtual reality' cameras. The Paris show, the last one on the 2017 tour, that was put out on the "Paranormal Evening..." CD w...

Re: Australian bushfire concert

since the aim of the concert was to raise as much money as possible, wouldn't it be logical to release this on given time on dvd ? (one cannot watch the Alice and or Queen performance in whole on youtube anymore, as expected ) I don't know if the whole thing will be released but there is a double a...

Re: Australian bushfire concert

Alice and the band played four songs: Department of Youth, I'm Eighteen, Poison and School's Out.
As much as I love the theatrics of an Alice show, it's a refreshing change to see them play with just a backdrop of Marshall amps.

I'll be in Aberdeen and unless tied to the seat by security I'll be standing..no doubt.
This! Just received the last of my tickets for UK shows and they all say 'people around you may stand', or words to that effect. This ain't no Michael Bublé gig!

So the word on social media is Desperado made it's way in and nothing was removed :)
Sadly, Desperado only lasted for two shows (Aug 7th & 8th) before being dropped ::((:

Re: ‘Ol black eyes is back Tour

I've no doubt that a good chunk of the set will be the same as usual but I hope he throws us a few new (or rather 'not played for a few tours') songs like he did with The World Needs Guts and Pain last time round. Given how much Alice loved doing cover versions on the "Raise The Dead" tour, and the ...

Re: ‘Ol black eyes is back Tour

After the farce of the numerous pre-sales in 2017, I wasn't holding out much hope of getting anything decent this time (and almost fell into the 'best available seat' trap as others have mentioned :nono:) but managed to score a front row, centre block ticket for Manchester, Leeds and Birmingham

Re: Another new live Alice dvd when??

The final show of 2017 in Paris was filmed, presumably for later release. I understand that 'the OGs' were filmed using some kind of fancy 'virtual reality' cameras so I'm not sure where that footage will be used...?

Re: Tour 2017!

The Eventim ticket page for Manchester has the following set times (subject to change).
I would assume this will be the same for all the UK dates.

Set times:
7.00 - 7.40 The Tubes
8.00 - 8.50 The Mission
9.20 - 10.55 Alice Cooper
