Sister Sledge. Sigh.
Wasn't Sister Sledge at the Pudding Show in 2019 ? They sang We are family together if I recall correctly

Mike Allen

Haven't seen it mentioned here yet but apparently Mike Allen is writing a book

Should have some interesting anecdotes from the very early days

. Is there a more "Coopery" song than Mr Spider in the the whole catalogue?
Just like all the covers don't belong on Alice's solo albums this song definitely does not belong on the Vampires album.

Its good ! what's the story with it , left over from ACAS or something else ?

Gary Numan - My Name Is Ruin
Search Youtube if you are free...
Love that song and the whole Album and yes Alice could make that his own

On another note I've always thought Alice could cover Sanitarium from Metallica and even Sandman

Hated it on first listen - 4 or 5 listens later I've grown to like it - very catchy had the lyrics in my head all day

There was also a 2004 calendar released by Signature Network which was also an officially licensed product ( which may be the one Patrickreferred to above)

Re: Johnny Depp verdict

If Alice , Alice’s family , Alice’s bandmates , Alice’s support crew (esp the girls) support Johnny , then that’s more than good enough for me .

I also note Ross Halfin came out strongly in support of JD and was swamped with positive responses

For me it’s *shock horror* Billion Dollar Babies can’t stand it any more and have not listened to it for over a year, I still enjoy Raped and Freezing in a live show but that’s about it , if I never hear elected nmmng I’ll be happy

I’ve watched every episode of Roxie’s in the trenches , I must say I was not too excited about this one , I had never heard of Kai , did not know he was an Alice fan , nor did I know his connection to Bill , plus I have no idea what a YouTube celebrity/ influencer is or does , I thought they were wa...

Re: Old School Uncool

This stuff from Neal is plain disappointing - almost unlistenable - just like most of his Killsmith albums , Michaels solo work is no better - Dennis has at least put out Bones from the yard which I thought was an excellent album, but none of it matches Alice's solo work sorry . Having said that I l...

There 's now a link on Wiki MOL to a AS interview where he talks about it. I would be pissed if I was Neal.
I reckon AS has his albums mixed up , at one point he says he first met Ezrin recording GTH then later he says he worked on MOL which Ezrin co-produced ( which he didn’t Obviously )

The poster being done in alphabetical order did him a huge favor. Gotta love it!
Alice has now lost top billing with the addition of “5 seconds of summer” to the lineup

Interesting side note , 2 of the acts on the bill John Farnham and Tina Arena have both released versions of Only Women Bleed
